The villa is absolutely perfect. It’s got stunning views and has a perfect pool for cooling down. Kit and her wonderful staff are so nice and they keep the entire area absolutely spotless. Nothing is ever too much for them. The bedrooms are very comfortable with great quality sheets, changed regularly. Very high quality air con. Bathroom is a wet room so lots of space. The living area outside is the perfect space for an outdoor, sheltered chill out time with a fan, large fridge & microwave. Couldn’t recommend Anankhira Villas highly enough, they were a calm, serene place but only a short walk down to the madness of Sairee Beach.

My partner and I booked the Leilila Villa for 3 nights. View from the pool was amazing with peaceful jungle ambience without road and foot traffic noise, Staff worked seamlessly with positive attitudes and catered to any requirements where possible. It’s obviously a steep climb, many steps to reach the property on foot. Taxis will normally meet / drop at reception, so there is still quite a hike ! No air-con in the living room, only a fan that pushed hot air around.

The view and infinity pool make this property really special. Secluded, modern, clean two bed apartment. The staff were lovely, and really helpful when we had a passport crisis, allowing us to use their phone, etc. There are cold beers etc available in reception and a variety of food delivery options. 10 mins walk to Sairee beach (via the resort opposite), avoid using the main road, it’s unlit and dangerous.

We did have to deal with ants on a daily basis... and the Aircon was causing issues. However, they sent a technician to fix the Aircon on the second day.

Beautiful spacious villa with private pool and stunning views. The staff were super friendly and the cleaning every other was exceptional / spotless. Perfect for a family getaway. The photos match the villa in reality so all good. The taxis can be pricey on the island and you will need this to get esp back to the villa which is on a v steep hill north of sairee beach - if you use the local driver Mr Boy who is at the foot of the hills of the villa (where he has a scooter rental) he is much cheaper and very nice and reliable: +66 95 946 1497

The steps up to the villa were very steep and there were lots of them but it was worth it for the view.

The location is up the street from Sai Ree, roughly 15min by foot and the road can be busy and the hill is pretty steep so a motorcycle is beneficial.

The landlord was very friendly and supportive when questions arose on how to organize stuff on the island. The villa was very clean and the staff was also great. The view from the pool was phenomenal and the beds were super comfortable.

Entry door off the pathway wasn't too private... couldn't quite close out the world.

Lovely private pool, sheltered, nice view into trees (and sea in the distance). Half built into the hillside, around boulders and palms. Property is a little isolated, off the road - which was great 'coz there was no traffic, no noise & no unwelcome / snooping visitors. Bit of a walk out of town (10-15 minutes, uphill...) - but that wasn't a problem. Quite a few (smiling) staff for a small property. They were always around, and unobtrusive. The room was quirky and clean... love a mozzie net and good air con !

Our villa was quite simply stunning! Amazing views, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The small private infinity pool was a real bonus. Looking for a great, private place to stay In Koh Tao?? SEACH NO MORE! We have had 4 nights at Annankhira Villas in Koh Tao and we had our best stay in Thailand over our 3 weeks vacation❤️ We can really recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the pure magic of Koh Tao. Great view with sunset, private pool, charming villas and perfect location from the main street noise, but still a short walk to everything. The host has been really helpful before, under and after our stay and booked our taxi and even helped us with some shopping for our first day 🤩 The staff is really smiley and service minded and the house cleaning is perfect! Kit which is the lady at the reception has exceptional English and was meeting all of our "demands" throughout our stay. The Host Miranda is the sweetest person and she went above and beyond to make our stay magical. She recommended the Thai restaurant Chu Chu wich was an authentic Thai restaurant with amazing food. They also have great opportunities for food delivery directly to the villas. Here you can get Thai, Sushi, Döner and Pizza and much more 🍕🍲🍣🤩 They use a guy called Mr San for Taxi Rides, and he is really fair with he's prices and gives very good advice when it's comes to experiences at the island. As I was very lazy at the end of our vacation I didn't book the ferry to Koh Samui in advance, wich resulted in the early ferry was fully booked.. Miranda let us stay for late checkout, so we could enjoy the day in our Villa until we departed the island. 😍 We can't recommend this place enough and we really felt in love with Annankhira Villas and Koh Tao in General. We will for sure be back soon ❤️ 10 out of 5 stars!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you dont rent a scooter walking on the Road might not feel very safe, but it is a short walk and very worth it. Also climbing to the villa can be a challenge if you have any mobility issues

Many steps into the main room but if that is all I can grumble about…..and to make a cup of tea/coffee in the morning had to go outside to do so

It was away from the melee but close enough to walk as we did each night you would require a torch/phone and if it had rained some flip flops/water shoes! Great that the accommodation provided an umbrella

Perfect location, just short downhill walk to Sairee beach. Unbeatable view to Sairee gulf and beach and magnificent sunset. Facilities far better than on photos, Kit`s team is just wonderful!
