I didn’t like to live on the first floor, it was like living on the ground.

Scenic place. It feels like the mountains right next to this hotel. The stuff is very friendly and ready to help with everything. The pool is big enough to swim.

Internet wasn't the best, my friends were working remotely and it kept disconnecting. Speed was low in the room, ended up using our data most of the time.

Amazing pool, very relaxing. Good location, not that far walking to the area where the bars and night life is. They have a free shuttle to the beach as well. Rooms were big and spacious.

Found the restaurant slight lacking

The whole hotel was perfect for us, we stayed 5 nights and never found a problem with the place. The food was standard buffet breakfast but was lovely and peaceful with a fantastic view from our room of the sunset every night

Shuttle could have more rides. Some of furniture and equipments are old and used. Due to fact that around are trees you may meet insects on balcony and in room. But I think its natural when you are surrounded by greenery.

The WiFi wasn't good. You have to log in to use it and it disconnects a lot requiring you to log in again which is annoying.

The room was clean and spacious. There was daily cleaning with fresh towels and water provided. The rooms all have a great view of the pool and limestone cliffs. Staff were friendly and helpful. For us the location was perfect as it was on a separate road to the main road which was very busy with bars and restaurants. We had the benefit of stunning views and within 10 minutes walk you could reach the busy part of the main road and then a further 5-10 minutes walk to reach the end of this road where the beach is. (However, for people who like to be right in the middle of the activity this hotel wouldn't be a good location for you). There is a shuttle bus a few times a day to bring you down do the beach and back but we didn't mind the walk so didn't use this.

Staff weren’t very friendly. Room gets VERY hot while you’re out during the day and takes a very long time to cool down. The shower was probably one of the worst I’ve never experienced. Could do with some plumbing work and a clean of the shower heads

The A/C made terrible sounds when on; you can hear people in the rooms next to yours very clearly. Not a pleasant experience, the rooms should be more isolated.

Beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable beds and polite staff. It is really safe, i forgot my belongings ( with a lot of valuable items) in the pool area during a whole night and everything was there the next day. The breakfast is totally worth the pay. A lot of food and a lot of variety.

Breakfast was bad :( dishes which should be warm, were cold! Poor variety of dishes. Hotel seems to be really old, a lot of garbage is on the hotel territory… No facilities as tooth brushes:( Too expensive for the money.

The room was very dark. The toilet was very dark. Perhaps the lighting of the place could improve. As it is surrounded by beautiful mountains, it makes the place look dark, hence adding more light or brighter light to the room and toilet would make it work. Also, lighting up the swimming pool area would be really better too as it is fairly dark around the area. There were also many insects in our room living with us.

The receptionist was very helpful and informative. She guided us and gave us suggestions on different places to visit and modes of transportation.

Ask for entire families passports , even child's passport when not nessasary, my wife and child are dual citizenship. Thai national and North America passport holders. They only need one passport not entire family as they have your credit card info and any incidentals can be charged. Only hotel in Thailand in 10 years of traveling with my wife that requested everyone passport. Additionally, if you love the beach, it is not close enough for easy access. You need to take a shuttle on there time schedule and not very frequent. Or rent a car /motor bike to get around. Stay was comfortable, buffet breakfast was good enough. Staff was awesome and very helpful. I would go back if they only ask for one passport and had better shuttle service.
