Air conditioning was loud and it was not possible to reduce the cooling, other than turning off and on. Front was not air tight which also causing problems for the air conditioning.

The Bar is an attraction only - no drinks available. Bring your own drinks from 7/11 or Supermarket. No Restaurant on site Very hard to find - Google map was not reliable. Even Taxi drivers had their problems.

Nice place, very quiet, small pool with only few loungers (smoking allowed). Very friendly and attentive staff - 10 out of 10. Thanks for the transportation !!! On Booking is 4*, but in reality I would say 2 - 2 1/2 star. Large, clean rooms with a perfect AC (cools down very quickly), Fridge (not only Mini Bar), Safe, Hairdryer, Pooltowels and a small Patio, where you can smoke. Motorcycle Rental on site

The pool wasn't clean so couldn't use it. The location isn't great. Take into account that the Rawai beaches aren't good for swimming - used mostly by boats.

Really can recommend if you wanna have a calm and nice resort that isnt that big . I recommend rent a scooter, so you have the possibility to reach all the things around.

It’s location, down very dark alleys, one night I could not get back because a dog blocked my path and was guarding the road barking and growling. I was terrified. It also very far from anywhere to eat. So I was glad to leave.

There are a lot of mosquitoes so come prepared. Also, if you are attending in the hot season, make sure you get a scooter as it is too far from anything to walk.

The rooms and gardens are kept very nice and tidy, nice big tv and AC unit. Very friendly staff around the property during the day.

Having to leave to go back home...

Great little resort tucked away from Rawai beach. Staff were fantastic and the lady who cleans the room was absolutely lovely. Nice pool to chill by and the outdoors were kept immaculately clean by the groundsman. Rooms were nice with good A/C. Huge late series Samsung flat screens w/ Netflix resort account open, fast internet speed... Close to Naiharn beach by scooter. I would definitely stay again.

A quiet place somewhere in Rawaii. Rooms are okay, there is a small table you can work on. AC is a bit on louder side but it's fine. Breakfasts are mediocre, bug it's cool that you can order in advance. Still would recommend for this price because of quietness, good location, nice beds and pillows!

One of our 2 rooms had a horrible smell of sewage for 2 of our 3 nights. It was actually repulsive, I’m not sure if there was a reason for it that is being sorted but it was very unpleasant. There were a lot of mosquitoes at night, we were constantly bitten, despite bug spray and keeping doors and windows closed. Shower pressure left a lot to be desired. The staff were very difficult to communicate with and we needed the owner to come for simple things like what time check out was, or how to work the safe. But the owner was very helpful.

The hotel was about 10 minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants. Air con worked very well. the pool and outside was nicely lit up at night
