It is right in the Phuket Old Town, perfect location since everything is walking distance. We were there during Songkran, we participate with the water fight and had lots of fun. The staff are super friendly. The room is very clean, air con works.

As I mentioned already, the rooms are very small and, moreover, this is not the hotel to come to for epic views (but we did not book it for that and therefore did not care). The only thing we really were not happy about were the beds, which were quite uncomfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location! It takes you about 1min to walk to the famous street with the colourful buildings, but at the same time, the hotel is far enough away to be quiet at night. Furthermore there is a night market very close to the hotel as well that I highly recommend checking out. The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms have everything you need, but are definitely on the small side.

Shower has no curtain, so you might splash a little bit of water, but the bathroom is pretty spacious, so no big deal.

Nicely furnished and comfortable room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. AC works well. Lobby room has nice decor and very pleasant scent, it also has a water station to refill your bottle. Location of the guesthouse was perfect for us, just steps from the Sunday market and 10 minutes walk from the local buses taking you to the beaches, also very easy to take Bolt to any desired location. The best part is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and we were very happy to be able to extend our stay!

Amazing little guest house in the centre of Phuket Old Town within easy walking distance to all attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you needed for a few nights stay. Thank you for an great stay.

Fully renovated hotel with very large rooms and comfortable beds. Ideally located in Old Phuket. Free mineral water and lots of tours can be booked with the reception.

Great location, right in the Old Town. The room was superb too. We had room 401 at the top of the building, about 60 steps up..No lift and I like climbing stairs but might not be for everyone. Was particularly hot the day we were there and thankfully, the A/C breezed (pun intended!) through its task, ensuring we slept like logs.

The guesthouse has a great location directly in Phuket Old Town. It is new renovated It was our 3rd stay there, we like it so much. Mr Pai helped us with everything so much and even after our flight had an incredible delay and we came late at night he came by to welcome us. Free water in the rooms and you can refill it whenever you want.

The hotel had a rooftop terrace that was closed to guests due to a prior guest having thrown a bottle off the roof three years prior.. Granted, this is totally unsafe and risks a liability issue for the hotel, but surely one bad apple shouldn't close the terrace for all in perpetuity. Other than this, no complaints.

Beautiful and clean boutique hotel located right in the heart of Phuket old town. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful.

I would not choose the Standart Double Room again, as it was too small and felt like a basement. However, if you choose another room type, you will get a larger room with nice view :)

beds are a little bit too hard, but it's not a big deal for a short stay :) One thing we didn't like is that there wasn't a sleep mode on our AirConditioning and we were either freezing (as the air was blowing at our head) or were too hot if we turned it off.

room had a decent size depending on what room type you booked. We stayed in both types and preferred the Superior King Room versus the Standard Double (those rooms are on the ground floor and feel very tight and kind of like in a basement). However, the price compared to what you get is incredible.

There was nothing so complain about with this guest house!

Our stay here was fantastic. The rooms were super clean, everything worked so well, the location is fantastic and the host is super friendly! He always greeted us with a smile and answered any questions we had. Our time here was simply a 10/10 and we came back a week later when we were in Phuket again. The indy market is just around the corner which serves amazing foods and the guest house is located in the main area of the old town, which allows you to walk around and explore it whenever you want. I strongly recommend this to anyone who is searching for a stay here.

The hotel gate closes quite early everyday, and the manager does not stay at the reception all the time, which means, if you forget your key card, then you have to wait in front of the gate till the manager come and save you.

The location was really appropriate, so i could visit the old town area really easily. The room was quite clean, the hotel manager was very kind.

The airco in the room impossible to regulate . So I set 28 degrees and not fan but steel freezing and got throat pain and cold . There was a dog next by barking non stop and disrupting my sleep . Staff tried to solve the problem with the neighbours

Loved the location! Perfect for exploring Old Town Phuket as it is just a minute walk away. The service from the staff was so amazing and I have no complaints. Super clean and comfy room - would recommend to any travelers wanting to stay close to Old Town Phuket. It is also convenient that the airport bus (the yellow one) has a stop about 200 meters away from the location for 100 baht per person.

WIFI was spotty. We only used it at night but the staff goes home for the evening so nobody can help. It would go in and out every 5-10 min. Pretty annoying but we were only there for a couple days so I hope it is resolved for others.

Nice clean, quiet room in a busy area close to lots of things. I liked the option for bedside lighting, not just overhead. There was enough storage space/surface area to spread our stuff out for our 3 day stay. They also had water already there for us, very nice! Staff was nice and friendly. Room was good value overall. Would be a 9 if the wifi was consistent while we were there
