The hotel was very cute, with the river view and nice decoration in the room. The bathroom was practical, the beds were comfortable and everything was super clean.

I missed being able to make a cup of coffee anytime that I liked. But coffee (including a coffee machine) is available in the mornings during breakfast time.

Its location is excellent - close to the night market but in a quiet location by the river. Staff are courteous and attentive but not intrusive. There are also restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

The coziness of the place, like home. The room has a spa-like vibe which makes you relax. The outdoor space is great as well with a nice view of the bridge and river.

We had an excellent vacation in this magnificent hotel, everything was excellent, the location is very good it is a walking distance to main places in chiang mai like night market, Tha Phae Gate.... The hotel is clean and at the riverside. All what we needed was provided. Thanks and I will be coming back.

Nice location by the Ping River...with the Rimping Supermarket just opposite the hotel. Room was on the 1st floor facing the main road...and it wasn't noisy for us. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Riverfront location with a tranquil garden.Nxt door is a popular Thai restaurant with live music. Across the road is a upmarket supermarket catering to foreigners n a few street food stalls. 20 min walk to the old city gate n along the way across the iron bridge is MacDonald, an open air nite mkt, pubs n eateries. English TV channels.

Don’t like walking up the stairs to my room on the upper floor.

The caring owner n staff makes it feel like home. Lady boss who speaks perfect English helped with clear directions to a private hospital where I took a needed ART/PCR. Got me a super good service driver of a red pickup van to the airport at a good price. Location is top. A very well stocked big modern supermkt n bakery just across the road and some cheap yummy local eats by the roadside in the evening. Tourism Authority of Thailand office bldg is just across the road. Love having my special time in the lovely garden facing the river. MacDonald, Hard Rock, nite market, massage , live music cafe is just 10 min walk across the Iron Bridge. The old city gate n Sunday nite mkt is 10 walk frm the Iron Bridge. There are English news channels.

I enjoy resting n relaxing in beautiful garden facing the river. The staff is extremely helpful n the owner speaks perfect English. A big supermarket is just across the road n 15 min to walk to the old city gate.

Bed was too hard and SUPER noisy from street and clubs near by

Great location close to everything, and SUPER friendly staff. Bed was like a rock, and they're right on a busy street and next to some clubs so get ready to hear car engines and loud music all night

It was difficult for me to maneuver around the room because there was no floor next to the bed. I think they should only but a full sized bed in a room that small. im an older man and it felt like i was staying at a hostel, albeit with a bathroom. The coffee is downstairs and not in the room but this isnt a big deal. The maid never came evem though we requested her on the 3rd day so over the days the room and towels just got dirtier. That made us feel like they just didnt really care.

The hotel was very nice overall. good location and good view. Theres plenty of areas to sit and enjoy coffee, read or eat your lunch. The owner seemed nice and got us plates and sliverware.
