The air con worked ok but not quite cool enough for me room was ok and clean but basic pool view was also good for the price we paid it was a good deal .a word of warning though we were opposite what I think was a family room the window on that room opened like a French door so you could just step out of it but it was four floors up with no balcony or guard just a straight drop and kids were standing on the open door sill very scary and reported it to reception

We used it for a 1 night stay we were flying home in morning so it was ideal for us close to airport and good shuttle bus service meal at night was nice and the pool and area around it was good there is a market and shops to have a walk around at night

The price was value for money as we were there due to a cancelled connection and needed a place near the airport. Location wise it is excellent if you want something near the airport.

The bed was has hard as a rock. I know beds in Thailand are firm but this was so uncomfortable I hardly slept. It was a large room and your key was needed to run the AC so if you were at the pool, and out and about the room didn't get a chance to cool down. The pools were in need of a cleaningg.

Very close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle service which is great. The hotel is beside a local market so lots of good food options. As we were in transit this hotel met our needs. Having 2 swimming pools and a balcony was good as well.

Nothing!

Having seen some bad reviews, I quickly checked at reception on arriving, that the taxi had dropped us at the correct Hotel! Why are there so many unfair reviews listed for this place? Whilst it's not a Marriott, it's still very comfortable and great value for money with big airy bedroom, very large comfortable beds, a great swimming poo/jacuzzi and a decent buffet breakfast! They extended our check out time from midday to 3 pm for just £9.00 and were also happy to exchange just 1US$ for my wife. Only 10 minutes away from the main airport and they offer a free shuttle service too. Great for anyone needing an overnight stay for the airport.

The bed is the worst I have ever slept in. Like sleeping on a rock. Folded the 2 duvet 6 times and slept on them - still hard as a rock

The lock on the door was difficult for me to use. I could only get it to partially lock. I would have liked a soft and smaller pillow.

I liked the long counter in the room, allowing me to spread out, helping me to easily repack my suitcase. I liked the roominess and ease of using the shower.

Perfect to stay a night after arrivel or when you are going to leave Thailand. We had a long sleep and swam in the pool to adjust our jetlag before we took a flight to Koh Samui in the afternoon.

The lady at reception wants more more money if you want to check in 1-2 hours before 2pm after your flight come to Bangkok earlier. She doesn’t has a❤️ because she never travel out of Thailand to the other countries and flight times 20 hours a trip. I understand the money is big with her but human’s more then money check in 50 minutes wants to pay?. She doesn’t understand the much tourist check out here at 6-7-8 am,they never ask her to pay back money because they never use the room 22 hours?. This comments will tell you money is big with you but treatment people not nice, you vill never take money with you when you gone.(right)?

Pleasant hotel to stay in before heading to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The rooms are tidy and roomy, and we always delight in spending time in one of the two pools. Their restaurant is inviting, offering an enjoyable breakfast.
