Absolutely lovely hotel, staff, and environment. Everything was just perfect and stunning. Not even 1 thing to complain. The staff are really really helpful and nice. We really enjoy staying here. When we are back from shopping, then even provide us cool towel with welcoming drinks. I really want to repeat staying here again. ❤️❤️😍

It is a bit far to the main city. But don't worry, still you can use maxim and it is easy to find.

The place is very beautiful. Not hassle with people. No loud music. And very relaxing place. The staff is super friendly and provide the good advice on the halal food. The staff help us on finding a scooter to rent too. And the price is very reasoable for a day.

Parking was a bit of a hassle but the staff helped out and my car was parked right inside the garage.

The beautiful building, all white, castle-like feel. The staff were helpful and served with a smile. Showers and air conditioning were excellent.

No words can describe how much I love this place! The moment i stepped into lobby, I was mesmerised by the minimalist-santorini vibe of the hotel. We had been served a refreshing drink by the friendly staff and their hospitality is top notch. The parking space is quite limited but we can park by the roadside. The hotel is attached to a small cafe below, it’s not halal unfortunately. But, you have a countless of photographs spots. I will definitely come here again, soon.

Main area was too hot. The way walking from lobby to the room there wasn’t air circulation.

Nice and clean. Staffs were very polite can speak English very well. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I did not have problems or sore neck the day after which I usually get if the pillow was too hard. The hotel did pretty good job for management and architecture. Lovely local people and easy to find local to eat. Recommend to hire the scooter to explore the city.

The hotel is so pretty and aesthetic. Also, the staff is really nice and helps us to book a car in early morning to the immigration.

The only drawbacks are that the property does not provide disposable toothbrushes and that parking is really limited and small. The price is not cheap compared to other hotels in Hat Yai, and breakfast is not provided

Staff service at Casa 33 is excellent. The soundproofing is good; we can totally enjoy a good rest without any disturbing noise. It's the best option for visitors driving in. The interior is clean and tidy

The room space is a bit small for a family

All of it! The bed, the room, the pool, the warm welcome from the staff! While waiting for check in process, 1staff helped to take care n play with my baby. They are so friendly! They also helped to make booking for tuktuk and advice us not to simply trust any tuktuk or grab. Definitely will come again!

Everything is perfect! Love the hospitality was given by the management and staffs. All staffs are very polite and helpful. Even their cats also very friendly and attentive. 😛 Definitely will stay here again if I come visit Hatyai again.

The aesthetic of this hotel is so nice and the ambient. the location is near to the famous Chaburi dim sum. All stuff is so friendly and you can rent the motorbike with 350 bath. Location wise is location. where is near and easy to go around the city..

Love our stay. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. There is an attached cafe next to Casa 33 which serves really nice coffee and meals. Location wise is about 5 mins drive to Lee Garden Market.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The place is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.
