There was a smell in the room (chemical). Noisy aircondition.

Hotel is Located close to the nice beach. Surrounded with several good restaurants and bars. I really like friendly and supportive staff. Especially in reception and pool bar.

We would have really liked a late checkout due to our late flight time but the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, this also meant that the pool area was extremely busy while we were waiting around.

This was our second stay at this hotel, having enjoyed it so much when we arrived in Thailand. The location was convenient, the room was ideal and our young son loved the pool.

There is a scope for very minor maintenance but otherwise it’s great.

Excellent stay! I had moved from another hotel and was looking for nice warm welcoming rooms, good food for breakfast, amenities in the hotel facility and convenient access and transportation options. Centara Anda Dhevi offers it all, a nice family friendly hotel. Check-in/ Check-out: The hospitality of the staff was the best part of the stay! I requested late check-out and was given an extension by an hour. When we moved in the room, there were no bath towels, but the moment we called the staff swiftly assisted us. Hence, 4 star for the service otherwise it was great. Also the restaurant staff was helpful in making us comfortable about the availability of vegetarian food options, taking the stress of bad breakfast away. Breakfast: Great breakfast with a wide range of food options. Plenty options for vegetarians and a separate table. Good range of breads, pancakes, waffles, croissants, muffins, fruits, juices, tea/ coffee, and a big table for non-vegetarians. Breakfast made my day! Rooms: Rooms were neat and clean, there is a room for slight maintenance hence 4 star. Otherwise, it was great. We had a king deluxe room with pool view and balcony which was Perfect as a breakout space. Rooms are quiet, we heard noise only twice of kids running in the corridor. Facilities: Pool has a slide for kids and ample sun beds. The bar in the hotel has happy hour offers. There is also a nice spa for those who want to use. Nearby: - Plenty restaurants, bars and tourist information centers around. Three Indian restaurants on the same street as the hotel within 5 min walking distance. - Beach is 5-10 mins walk. - Do not miss the rolled ice-cream at the corner of the street infront of 7eleven. Transportation: there are tuktuks waiting by the street for those who want to use. The hotel also has a parking lot. Great stay, I am definitely coming back :)

There was no lifeguard on duty and we noticed some larger groups becoming quite rowdy at the pool area. Some families were using the lifebuoys for recreational purposes and the water slide was, at times, quite hazardous due to the behaviour of some individuals.

The longer we stayed, the more I liked this hotel. The location was convenient and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. There was an excellent breakfast buffet with a really good range of food. We enjoyed cooling off in the decent-sized swimming pool each day.

It is really a family hotel. For us totally fine but if you're looking for a bit more quietness, go to an adult only hotel. Beds at the pool where reserved bij hotel guest. Shame there aren't so many, due to lack of space

Actually Nothing.

Best part of this resort is room size with 2 double beds, breakfast options ,location and pool with the slide. This resort is definitely for families with kids. Best part is for Vegetarians there are plenty of breakfast options plus a very good Indian restaurant is just opposite the road. The staff is polite and there is a kids play room also. The massage option in the resort is very good with reasonable prices. The day tour desk is also value for money and I would recommend booking day tours through this desk. Any taxi booking can be done through the taxi center exactly opposite the resort. I don't remember the name but they were the most value for money in the locality.

I think the price of food and drink at hotel was a little higher than other places I stayed, massage especially dearer.

It was very humid in the bathroom and out into the hall. Possible failure of the air conditioning.

Big hotel with very good breakfast, much to choose from. Pool area was very good for children. Good location and walking distans to beach and longtail boats.

You should add more global television channels as people around the globe visit the place. Front desk can be trained even more on English for smoother communication. There was a gap between the bathroom wall and the blinds/curtain. So anybody using the bathroom doesn't have 100% privacy of that small gap on the side. Even the curtains/blinds needs to be accessible from the inside and not outside which is a big miss

Hotel was located in a little nook that's close to the beach and main strip of Ao Nang. It was also close to the ferry terminal and very accessible. Pool amenities were nice, with poolside drinks available.

Overall we didn't have a bad time here but it may be a bit on the expensive side for what they offer. The breakfast is very extensive with something for everyone, so that is certainly a plus. The pool bar is also cozy, but they are a bit sparing with the alcohol they put in the cocktails. The rooms were clean but outdated. The air conditioning was also very loud and the refrigerator was not very cool. It's very nice that they provide water every day, but for people who go on an adventure all day, plastic bottles are a bit more convenient.

If I must pick one thing, it would be the leaking bathtub. However, I think the property was renovated and not having the most modern, brand new bathroom is fine by us as long as they are clean and tidy, which it was. Oh, some bedroom slippers would've been nice for the tiles get pretty cold in the air condition.

For first timers to Krabi, its location in AoNang is perfect - a short walk to the main beaches and shopping strips for sunset dinners and souvenir shopping or a taste of local street food at the night markets. Small local businesses pepper the streets right outside, convenience stores, pharmacy etc are just a stone's throw away. Though not a huge resort, the hotel and its facilities are well maintained, clean, very pleasant, elegant...my pool facing king room was v comfortable, always a respite to return to after a day out spent exploring. Most of all the staff has been very professional and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. Special thanks to the lady at the tour/ excursion desk who recommended the best island tour to suit my family of five. Pick up was at the hotel lobby and we had a wonderful day experiencing the best of Krabi.
