Elevators were a little small and slow but there are 5 total elevators so it wasn’t much of an issue at all. Price was a bit high but it was worth every dollar.

The room was large. I liked having a balcony because the hotel was near the river and it provided amazing views. We requested high floor and were put on the 34th floor which was fantastic for our first time in Bangkok. The complimentary items in the room were a nice touch compared to other hotels that sneak in fees for simple things like water. The pool was a good size and the pool deck was very big with lots of chairs which we enjoyed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My partner is a smoker and enjoyed the dedicated smoking areas.

Only minor remark is that when there are seminars catered by the hotel, it is not allowed to sit by the river to eat à la carte. Even when nearly all tables are available, as the balcony by the river is large

breakfast is very good(a lot choices including soup for breakfast ).Very clean pool and the area.Water taxi is very convenient The only negative is that in the mornings sewage is being damped into the river between the Chatrium and other building (easy to see from the balcony).It's better to have breakfast inside

Our check in experience was not a good first impression. First we were incorrectly told we booked deluxe rooms instead of the 2 bedroom apartment. No apology was offered for the error . We were then told our room was not ready and needed to wait ,even though we arrived 30minutes after check in time opened .My son was not well which further frustrated the situation. We asked for the manager who then made alternate arrangements. The rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful and covet for the front desk . The apartment was not sufficiently stocked with basic crockery example there were no bowls and not enough glasses although a complementary mini bar was provided as a nice touch . The showers were not cleaned properly and the apartment had a damp smell …very disappointing for a 5 star establishment

Ideal location and the hotel shuttle boats were a value add . The meals ordered from in room dining were delicious as was the breakfast buffet which had a substantial offering.

This is a nicer hotel so expect to pay more. What I didn’t like was my morning coffee was a bit pricey and not easy to get if it’s early.

This is a beautiful place to stay, easy to get everywhere and when you were in your room it was very quiet.

Breakfast should have been included.in the price. River shuttle service was after every 30 min. Could have been more frequent. We saw other hotels ferry's were much more frequent. Easily it could have been every 15 min While checking in, the staff at the counter were a bit uptight. Contrary to the hospitality we got accustomed to in Thailand.

Spacious and clean rooms, very friendly staff and great facilities (gym, swimming pool) and the location next to the river was amazing. We loved the view from our balcony during the sunset/night.
