Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room I was in was a bit rundown. The wooden floor had scratches on them. Some small pieces of the floor tiles in the shower were missing. Breakfast was quiet disappointing.

The matress cover was too short, so at the bottom the mattress stuck out from under the cover.
Location was great. Close to the MRT and BTS, and although in the middle of all the busstle, still relatively quiet street.

There was no breakfast buffet, it was suppose to be included. Hotel shuttle was not operational the day I was there.
Position of hotel perfect if you need to go to The Trendy Building, 4 minutes walk

Aircon was quite cold and couldn't be adjusted. Thankfully, the bed covers were thick enough to stay warm.
Great location, near a lot of nightlife yet very peaceful and quiet. Nice and comfortable room, fully stocked with cheap snacks and drinks. Comfortable bed.

Stayed here numerous times. This time they had stupid music playing in the corridor even at night. Trying to sleep was like Chinese water torture! Had to ask them to turn it off which they did after I complained but I presume they turned it back on after I checked out. Take ear plugs if you want sleep!!! Stayed here 1st time in 2016 and it was spotless..5 star. Now it’s becoming dated.
Perfect location on soi 13. Stayed here many times. Staff are great. Arranged airport taxi cheaper than you can flag one down. Rooms cleaned ever day. Comfiest beds in Bangkok!!!

We had a couple issues with reception. We were a large group of 10, however, the first issue was we arranged collection from the airport with the hotel. Despite the hotel arranging this, one of the rooms were not ready at the check in time at 2pm and our family had to wait until 4pm in another room before the room was ready (despite us travelling from 4am that morning), we also had to chase the reception up and were not continually informed. We also had a situation where a technician had gone to the wrong room asking for a remote controller at 12am, this made it quite uncomfortable for one of our family members.
The facilities were clean and comfortable

The breakfast (for 200 Bath per person) was not what we expected. The bread was dry and we missed cheese or some ham or sausage. Coffee was hotwater and Nescafe. Fried potatoes and fried tomatos were cold. The hot meals were ok and there was an Indian corner serving indian food.
The room is nice, the bathroom is fantastic and we really liked the bed. Its situated in a calm area but close to where the action is. The roofpool is nice and there is a bar which is open from early morning to late evening. Cleaning was perfect.

Hacked wifi (recommended the staff reset all routers in the building as their system is completely compromised) inconsistent hot water (would occasionally go from boiling hot to freezing cold)

The view from the window was an under-construction balcony of the room itself. There are no windows to be open for fresh air and if you stop the AC, the air in the room smells bad. At 10 pm a room service was refused because it was closed meanwhile the official opening time is 11 PM.
The location was amazing, the staff was friendly and they have organised several times for different transportation. The price might not be accurate but the location compensated for it at the end. The room was cleaned daily.

The lighting in my bedroom only dims when I turn it off as I prefer pitch black when I sleep.
I like that it's within walking distance to a train station, restaurants and a mall. The wifi is superb as I can easily work on my computer.
