Beautiful infinity pool and private beach for snorkeling. Secluded resort that has an upscale boutique feel compared to other big resort. Room with a sea view and balcony is a treat from the cliff

There is not much to dislike about hotel.. One thing I can mention is AC is very noisy and not possible to keep it on while sleeping, but staff is very helpful to provide fan with less noisy option, otherwise it can get really hot in the room :)

We stayed in Villa with sea view, room number 227. The view definitely fulfilled our expectation, of course there were other villas with better view but it is a bit of luck which villa you get unless you know the number ;) The room was big enough for 2 people and it was clean. We stayed 8 days and it was a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were happy with breakfast with many options and also dinner with a good menu, quality food. If the hotel is full you may struggle to find space on pool side, nevertheless pool are was one of best place to relax, enjoy the view and swim to get fresh. Even tough you need taxi, tuk tuk or scooter to go to city center you are just 2 minutes walking distance from Coral Cove bay, hotel also have some small beaches inside premises, and 5 minutes scooter distance from Crystal beach.. We enjoyed our stay and if we go to Samui again we may chose this hotel again.

The pools were very nice, but one of them was a bit too hot. The other was perfect. Furthermore the resort is a bit remote from restaurants and shops. But the restaurant at the resort offers plenty.

Beautiful situated at the coast with good rooms. Very friendly staff. Best breakfast we had during our entire trip. And we loved the size, it didn’t feel that crowded.

Just minor finishings throughout the room as it is getting dated. And song selection during dinner time also could get a refresher ;-) but this is really great value for money

The pool is incredible. The view and the private little beach WOW. They have kayaks and snorkeling equipment for free. Very comfy beds and great breakfast included in the price. If you want to be a little away from the busy area then this is a perfect option

Guests need to know that this resort is far from anything! there is a small minimart nearby which sells the basics, otherwise, you will need a mode of transport to get anywhere else. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were informed that scooter rental was unavailable and would need to walk 45 minutes to Sairee Beach to hire one. This was incorrect as we found a decent place within a short walk from the resort at Crystal Bay. In the restaurant, staff were sometimes eager to clear plates before we had finished eating, and there was an issue with currency conversion when paying by card. Customers should be given the choice to pay in local currency rather than having it decided by staff. Furthermore, the resort was unable to assist us with booking onward travel arrangements, which was disappointing considering the remote location. If customer service could be improved, I would have no hesitation in reviewing this place as exceptional.

The resort is beautiful. We had a stunning holiday suite that was directly on the beach! the views were amazing and was arguably one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in at an incredibly affordable price! The resort also has a few private beaches which are clean and nice to relax on and are a great place to go snorkelling. The pool area was nice with an infinity pool and a regular pool which had plenty of sunbeds to relax on. The restaurant also deserves a mention. I had the red snapper one night which was honestly exceptional.

- Hotel scooter rental (dangerously old scooters with breaks not working, also one scooter had an engine breakdown (44.000km!)), location is great but you need a scooter to get around. - breakfast okay, not too special - room, shower temperature unstable

+ More quite location but close to everything + beautiful private Beach + Value for money + nice pool with amazing view

The climate system in the villa was very noisy and the shower works not very well. A lot of times no warm water for showering, only the second reclamation improves the situation. The WLAN in the villa was not stable and not fast. For serious use of the WLAN you have to go to the pool area or the restaurant.

The breakfast and also the food in the restaurant dinner was very good. The staff was very friendly and also helpful, the daily cleaning of the room was also very good The view from the infinity pool was fantastic. Many thanks to the always extreme friendly and helpful pool responsible staff member!

Thought the hotel could do more for night entertainment as its a taxi ride if you want to venture out ,maybe have a night of 2 for 1 cocktails for 2/3 hours plus live music

Loved the infinity pool ,and view ,food from restaurant was really nice ,staff friendly and helpful it all made for a lovely relaxing holiday

Everything about the property is fantastic the only problem is that you cannot walk anywhere as it’s right on the side of the main road plus you’d be awhile. Hotel offers scooters for 250 bat for a day which is the easiest way to get around. Taxis are not cheap & either is the hotels taxi service so would recommend hiring the scooter. This wouldn’t put me off staying again though as the hotel is lovely.

Fabulous hotel with amazing views. So clean and staff are so lovely. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the breakfast is lovely. Buffet breakfast but you can order eggs anyway you like & pancakes 😍 such a lovely chill out hotel.

We had a massage, but it would be much more relaxing in a more secluded location, not directly under the noisy restaurant. It's a bit far from the main entertainment and shopping areas, so not ideal for any one wanting a variety of restaurants, bars and a buzzing night life.

Excellent pool with lots of loungers available. Very comfortable bungalow-style room with good amenities. The gardens all over the property were beautifully kept. All the staff were smiling, friendly and efficient. The restaurant had a wide variety of very tasty dishes, including a good buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately the hotel was a little out of the way and not much in walking distance.

Our room was amazing, because it was down on the beach we had to walk up steps everyday and night but it was all worth it. Staff were friendly especially Phirat, his customer service was exceptional and he really looked after us by the pool, catering for all our needs.

Great resort in a secluded area near Chaweng. The staff are excellent and deliver great service. Breakfast and dining options are very good. The pool area is very nice and features great views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I think the breakfast could be improved and also it would be great to have a shuttle or something to at least Chaweng because the hotel is pretty far off everything

The beach and the view on the private beach is really beautiful. Also there is a bigger beach just next to it. It was not too crowded which I liked
