The breakfast offers limited choices and food on offer is quite similar every day.

We really liked the location near the beach and lots of beach restaurants. The junior suite was spacious and well equipped, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable.

The resort was quite expensive compared to other accommodations we stayed in which offered the same. Also the staff‘s English skills could have been better. But we‘ve experienced this in other hotels in Thailand as well.

The Resort is very close to a big beach and to the airport. There weren‘t as many people as in other places in Thailand so it was a very relaxed stay. Also breakfast offers various choices and was very good.

It was difficult finding our way around. Check in was a bit slow. Quite a few long term residents who were a little territorial around the pool and loungers.

The hotel, even though gives nice atmosphere overall, isn't fresh and could definitely do with renovation - at closer look you can spot stains and rust marks everywhere. The pool didn't feel clean. The shower in our room wasn't draining properly and constantly flooding the bathroom. The breakfast selection wasn't great - it's ok for a day or two but I wouldn't want to eat there every day for a week.

Amazing staff at reception, very friendly, professional and polite. Very green territory, though not very large. Located at the quieter part of the beach which was great, the forest there is beautiful.

The other pool is not for guests. No kids pool. The bartender mixed different liquor when they run out of malibu I told her just do white rum but she put spice rum. (I know it's spice rum cause I hate the taste of that liquior).

The ambiance is perfect. The location for night market and airport location is accessible.

The breakfast was a bit of a shambles. There was only one person making Omelettes and the queues each day put them under great pressure. They need two serving stations for this and more cooking facilities (perhaps an outside Omelette station could be set up in addition). There was also a queue generally for the coffee machines and there were only 2 of these in one location. The kettle in the room was insufficient due to the length of the cable not being able to reach the wall socket. Breakfast service to the villas needs to be separate as we felt slightly 2nd class as they were served from a separate menu in the main breakfast room and did not get the choice of smoked salmon or a freshly cooked breakfast. This could be solved by doing room-service at the villas for breakfast.

We really liked the whole hotel. The staff were very helpful and it was in a good setting. The location is good for the beach and local bars (turn left when facing the beach as we didn't find them for a few days). The rooms were very comfortable - although the lighting could be arranged slightly differently. As we weren't flying until late at night they gave us a room for 45 mins before we left to go to the airport to have a shower which was excellent (we were not charged).

My friend and I had a ground floor garden view room. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We stayed 2 nights, 1 being NYE and had a great time. On arrival, we found out that our booking included the hotels NYE gala dinner, which was lots of fun with performances, lucky draws, fireworks, and a delicious array of food. During our time all.member of staff were friendly and welcoming. We mainly chose Nai Yang Beach to be close to the airport for our earlier morning flight, but we were surprised by the quality of the long sandy beach and numerous beach restaurants.

We had a few persistent niggles with the safe not working but it was easily fixed but just a frustration as it was a pain to have to wait to have it reset so we could get things from the safe before we went out for the day. Housekeeping occasionally omitted to replenish the towels by that again was fixed with a telephone call.

Ideally located just a very short walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very courteous and professional.
