One of the wall plug on one side of the bed was not function properly but that's okay, there were plenty more on another part of the room. I also noticed that they have changed breakfast location plan slightly for the guest with club privilege but that's okay for me, the food is still amazing though.

This hotel always impress me every time I visit. The suite room must be recently renovated as I noticed it's slightly different from the last time I stayed in this room type. Restaurants, facilities, staffs, everything was still great.

Spacious, welcoming, well maintained throughout. Pool and poolside was beautiful, Mr Liverpool the towel attendant was a great chap, a great ambassador for the hotel and a fine teacher to me of Thai words…… I did not get his real name. The beach was clean and fantastic to have as an option to use as an alternative to bring around the pool. Fine restaurants, a great variety! We used the club lounge where Ms Neeranoot often served us and she was so wonderful at her just, a true Ambassador for Dusit Thani Hotel, her customer service skills are 100%, she was also incredibly helpful about surroundings including shopping. Also, the concierge/taxi booking staff were incredible and a truly great staff of the Dusit Thani Hotel Group. One member of the team deserves special mention but sadly I cannot remember his name but, he was the one who previously worked on Koh Samui…. He was fantastic! The greatest customer service, amazing English language skill, so polite and helpful…… deserves big special mention. We will be back again and I will make note of their Names in future. I went there over the weekend, it's a bit crowded so it is difficult to find beach chair around the swimming pool.

Great variety of breakfast. Cleanliness of room. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Large swimming pool and nice beach. Great place to go with family with small kids.

Nowhere to relax and have a drink after 9pm. Italian restaurant not open daily. Difficult if not impossible, to get a sunbed around the pool as some people “reserved” their places early morning although they were not there. The bar was never open. The shop for which you had to go to reception for them to open for you, seemed to have the same stock as what it did four years ago.

Booked Premium Ocean view room but to see the see you had to go onto balcony and look hard left. Swimming Pool needed some work as it was very tatty, sunbeds were being reserved every morning even though there were signs saying this should not be done so it was very annoying ! parasols were past there best and were very tatty/torn, sunbeds needed a lick of varnish to tidy them up.

Hotel complex was beautiful and very clean, room was of a good size and had all that was needed for a comfortable stay with both bath and shower, restaurants were very good, transfer into night market was very easy and only took 15 mins.

I was looking for down time and the property was perfectly suited for my vacation. Service was ALWAYS served with a warm smile. Requests were met efficiently. Everyone was gracious, accommodating and kind. I was there for friend’s wedding and it was a PERFECT day for the bride & groom as well as the guests in attendance.

The bathroom in my room was not upto expectation. The toilet seat was uncomfortable I had to sit at an angle on the toilet seat as the toilet pan was too close to the side wall. The bathroom fixtures were dated. please get latest showers.

The bed was very comfortable and the view from the room was great. the vibe of the resort overall was very positive and the staff was helpful.

While I strongly insist in the overall quality of the hotel in all aspect, if I were to quite one element that can be enhanced are the ‘activities’. 1) managing the budget of the family, I would personally feel more confortable to have a package (either something extra or something directly included in the price of the room) instead of always paying a tiny bit more for activities. [an example, 200BTH for horses, 1500 BTH for underwater scooter etc….] Please note that, while on another side, prices remain coherent and reasonable. it does not lead to something huge, even for a family of 5 staying for 2 weeks. Now it could be more ‘confortable’ not to have to focus on ‘extras’ and have a package proposed at the beginning of the stay. 2) I would, that may be personal, add some fresh coconut (for lounge and-or breakfast Mabye…

-> The building itself is Very Nice ! Lovely Thai architecture. You are never disappointed and the domain (farm, pool, stable, gym, main building, beach) are all close to each other (a buggy is available for the person with limited mobility or lazy) -> the breakfast is good. I would rate it around 80%. There are an ‘occidental’ part (eggs, beacon, sausage and all usual stuff), a ‘Thai’ part (Thai dessert, eggs, very good local fuits, and every day a different set of Thai main courses) and a Chinese part as well (soups, noodles, fried stuff, sauces, …) and a part with sushi. Food is good, seems of good or very good quality. -> lovely pool (two sub part for the main one, allowing a space for children and another one for adultes) and a pool for the lounge. All three of them are clean, water is at the right temperature for south thailand. It is easy to find a seat and or bed to rest near those pools. -> the rooms are well decorated, spacious, bed are confortable. We got à communicating room. Bathroom is above average in term of space/decoration. -> the lounge is open from 11am to 10pm. There are always food (thai & occidental) -> staff is nice (which is quite common in thailand anyways) but within Dusit Thani hua hin, you feel that the staff care about your wellbeing. Special thanks to the person operating at the farm (buffalo, goats,chicken and tortures) which is very clean (for a farm) and animals lovely and obviously well treated all year long. Activity to plant rices, feed animals and pet them are interested for all children’s ( from 4 to 18 yo). -> check in / check out is quite fast.

What was not so good. Service was very slow in all the restaurants, not enough staff, all very sweet, but not great English, need better training. Staff not as good as our last visit in March 2020. Very difficult to get a sun bed, bagged by 7 a.m. Many more sun beds are needed around the pools and on the beach. More staff are needed min all areas to lift the standard of service provided. Several times our room wasn't cleaned until 4 p.m. in the day. Hard to get coffee at breakfast, you end up getting your own. Never the less, the hotel is lovely and could easily be improved.

Property is on a lovely beach very quiet location but not too far from the town of Hua Hin. Breakfast is very good, property was fairly full. Our room was comfortable, good sea view. It was our fourth visit, each time for two weeks over a ten year period. The property is an impressive hotel in large grounds.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. While the gym and spa facilities were great, there were a few issues that detracted from my stay. Firstly, the breakfast rush made it difficult to order coffee, which took a long time. Secondly, the resort's WIFI was slow, making it impossible to watch Youtube or get work done. Lastly, there were two large events during my stay - a wedding and a corporate event - where loudspeakers were used outdoors, causing a lot of disturbance to other guests who were trying to relax. Overall, while the resort has some great amenities, the issues mentioned above made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Breakfast is good, with a wide selection to choose from. There are multiple restaurants that offer great service overall. The rooms are spacious and most of them have a pleasant view. There is ample parking space available near the entrance. It takes around 3 hours to drive comfortably from Bangkok, with the option to take a scenic detour. I am familiar with the area and there are many activities to do in and around Hua Hin, such as visiting wineries, playing golf, taking a scenic drive, trying local restaurants, and exploring the night market. However, it is necessary to have a car to enjoy all these activities.
