Access from Terminal 21 roundabout can be a bit scary

Rooms are tired and badly in need of 2024 refresh.. USB charging, non slide doors to bathroom, better TV and WiFi in the cheaper rooms. Many large conference groups staying and dominating certain areas which is not particularly inviting.

Pool area is fantastic, staff super friendly & helpful. Hotel has a grandiose old timey colonial feel to it as you walk in. Impressive lobby. Balconies are spacious too.. Good for a relax. Room service good and housekeeping excellent... & if you tip (extra water every day for low tip)

The beach I don’t know if it was managed by the hotel, but it was disgusting when I booked it said breakfast and included and then when I checked in, they said you have to pay for breakfast was very expensive breakfast they gave us 2 queen beds instead of one king for couples

The hotel is showing signs of age, the carpet of the corridors are long overdue for replacement.

The location of hotel is very good, the lobby and common areas are fantastic rooms are spacious and clean.

Unless prepared to wake up early and place towels on Bali beds and sun beds they are hard to find. Even though hotel states reserving is not permitted. Limited snack menu

No compromise in booking after change travel schedule. Just counted fully value. No refund no alternative solutions. Not a sorry. Everting else was fine. Of course expensive but this I knew before booked.

The hotel cancelled my original booking and wouldn’t rebook the full stay, meaning I had to move to another hotel at the end of my holiday. The hotel also needs to be modernised.

The location of the hotel was minutes from Pattaya Central and had direct access to the beach. The hotel staff were some of the nicest I have ever met and all done such a great job! It was also very comfy and quiet to stay in.

I booked a king suite with bath and sea view and paid upfront. I arrived at 2.30pm and got a kings suite with a rooftop view. Had to wait 1hr until ready . Complained and after an argument got what I'd booked but not until the next day so 1 night out of 4 nights was in an inferior room. Was given a small discount to recompense. They were obviously over booked 🙄

We stayed in a Club room- a lot of extras such as free laundry - happy hour every evening with a great buffet and coffee and snacks throughout the day. Convenient location on the baht bus route at the end of the beach.

The Reservations team was unfortunately cumbersome to work with. Friends also shared their frustrations about booking accommodation at the venue. Furthermore, the luggage either took too long to bring to the room or was switched between rooms. This was not expected from a 5-star hotel.

Khun App and her events team were amazing, accommodating to our needs and doing whatever they could to ensure family, friends, and guests were looked after throughout their stay. As always, the venue was well-maintained, elevating the holiday experience.
