Comfortable hotel with good sized room at a reasonable rate. Staff very kind and helpful. Location near centre, the Mun river and also short drive from/to airport.

A quite unremarkable hotel, just a place to stay for a night or a few. Not too comfortable but not gross or anything; a roof over your head.

The aesthetic is hilariously and somewhat adorably from the 90's. Some people will not like this, but I found it fine and good for a chuckle.

The property is lacking some upkeep. The shower drained slow, the bathroom fan didn’t work, ants (in 2 different rooms) I could go on. I can tell this was once an excellent hotel but has fallen into disrepair. Despite these negatives, I would still recommend based on location. If you want somewhere in town and you don’t plan on spending much time in your room, go for it. if you’re traveling with a baby (as we were) and you plan to spend most of your day in the room, consider looking elsewhere.

It was a great location right in the center of town, an easy walk to Trung Sri Muang park as well as old town. Location! Location! Location! The staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was OK. The room was clean.

It is just a bit dated and shower could do with a good scrub and the lounge needed a clean but it’s a big hotel.

Breakfast was ok , good selection of Thai food and location is central of Ubon , excellent night market selling traditional food- very friendly and good service

The room was dirty and full of ants, even in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedspread and curtains. There was lots of mold in the bathroom. The water overflowed from the shower and the drain was clogged so it didn’t drain well. Overall, way overpriced

My stay at the Eco Inn in Udon Ratchathani was truly exceptional. The eco-friendly atmosphere and sustainability initiatives were impressive. For the hotel staff and booking.com, at this very moment I would still say very poor assistance and coordination. I had modified my booking from 2 nights to 1 night a month before arrival, but I was charged 2 nights by the hotel 2 because of no infomation of modification from booking.com. Even if I showed my updated booking confirmation, the hotel was not willing to refund or do anything against this but just said I had to contact booking.com which I did that night and the bookin.com staff promised me the refund. In this past 2 weeks I have contacted both. While the hotel staff said that they did process the refund, the booking.com repeatedly sent me some messages saying that the hotel confirmed that my staying was 2 nights. So, which one should I believe?????

My room had an issue where the shower drainage was slow, like its clogged. But overall, it is all good.

I really like how affordable it is yet the room was so clean and nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
