Crossing the busy road to the beach was a nightmare! Other than that the location was good with Khao Takiab and the markets easily walked one way or BluPort the other. Songtaews to Market Village and the night market were often full and scarce but plenty of tuktuk and taxis.

Great value! Self contained one bed with all you need. No frills but clean and comfortable, very secure and excellent facilities.

The flat is spacious, the kitchen is stocked to make your own meals, and the WiFi is fast. The swimming pool and gym are added bonuses.

Once again the Gym, 2 treadmills,1 didnt work, 1 Exercise Bike that did not work and 1 crosstrainer, there was weights and a bench but if 1 person was using it you would have to take your time

Staff was very freindly, pool kept claen every day . Its very quiet place were nobody disturbs you. Outside the barrier if you turn left, there is a local cafe OLD HOUSE CAFE, Brilliant delicious food and very freindly Thai Couple who run it,Cheap and Cheerfull

I was hoping to be able to walk to the beach but the condo is next to the main highway, so beach access is about a 10 minute walk. Best to have a car for this location.

Check in was easy and staff is pleasant. Rooms are clean and have everything you want - especially good kitchen. Comfortable, friendly and pleasant place.

No cleaning service during the stay. I asked for a broom and it was dropped immediately but I was not really looking for cleaning during my holiday.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The building, room and facilities are exceptionally clean. I was traveling with a child, the pool was perfect.

Good Location. Very close to the beach, which is literally across from property. Walkable distance from the mall, though could be a bit hot, still totally walkable. Good facility. There is a place to refill your drinking and to do your laundry. Don’t need to worry about bring your laundries outside in such a hot weather. If anyone wants to swim, there is also a swimming pool as well. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. This place makes us feel like home. Overall Positive experience!

The bed linens and pillows were not comfortable. The apartment had a very small kitchen and the balcony was not big enough to sit outside for a coffee. The location of the building is far from the beach since you cannot cross the main road at that location, you need to walk a minimum of 10 minutes to cross the street.

The apartment building has a beautiful pool and it's clean and secured.
