A little way out of town towards the Bridge. Would need to take a taxi from town centre if you don’t have a car.

Clean room and shower with a small outside area to sit. Great restaurant by the river with an extensive menu. Good breakfast. Helpful staff who speak English. Recommended

I did not like sending in a special request via booking.com for twin beds on the ground floor, getting an acknowledgement from the hotel that it is fine and then upon check in saying they never got the special request from booking.com. They put us into a twin bedroom on the second floor. We are older and it is difficult to walk up and done the stairs multiple times. They said they would get us a room the next day on the ground floor which they did but it was an inconvenience of unpacking and packing for the one night and going up the stairs many times that we did not like. The shower on the second-floor room 108 had the weakest water pressure on any shower I have used in the last 3 years. The room on the ground floor had good water pressure. I would recommend a stay here but to call them and double check if you have any special requests or needs.

I liked the location as it is a short walk to a 7-11. It is not far from the train station( a 100-120thb fare) and the Skywalk and the famous bridge. I liked the made to order omelets at breakfast. I liked the clean swimming pool. I liked how they arranged for us to get a ride back to the train station for an early morning train ride and gave us food for the train ride. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and tasted fresh. I enjoyed the homemade bread. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked fine also.

The location on the river is lovely but we didn't really try walking anywhere close by - the area immediately around the hotel didn't look particularly nice. It was easy to get a taxi to the town though.

Nice rooms, good a/c (it was over 40c so it was really needed!), beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was great and we also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The kids loved feeding the fish and we appreciated things like kids plates and cutlery at dinner. Swimming pools were both lovely.

To be honest, after staying 3 time on this resort (in the last 4 years), I didn't found yet anything that I don't like.

In general the hotel is great. We have been multiple time on this resort and we will come back every time we visit Kanchanaburi. The restaurant is great, so great that there is not need to go outside to look for food. The food is amazing and the prices is also good.

Perfect location, on the river, idyllic evening sat eating in the restaurant looking over the river and the sunset. 2 pools, relaxed environment. Really helpful, friendly staff who helped us organise tours. Lovely breakfast buffet with loads of crash food. Great value for money and perfect start to our trip in Thailand.

One minor thing that annoyed me, I booked a private car/taxi through the hotel on two occasions, the first was to Hellfire pass (the cost being approx 80 Aud return) the vehicle and driver were prompt modern and overall first rate. The second vehicle back to Bangkok was approx 110 Aud and was supposed to be a sedan, however we were allocated a 12 seat minibus which was older and extremely uncomfortable (terrible suspension). While the minivan was private (just my wife and I) if I had wanted that mode of travel I would have caught the much cheaper local travel. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had informed me earlier that they could not provide the booked Sedan. I must say in the interest of fairness the minivan driver was fine and the travel time to BKK was quick.

The resort is fantastic value and the staff and service are excellent. Location is first rate and the provided breakfast plentiful and varied.

Nothing. This place is perfect for us as now the only place we would stay here. For some the fact there are children there might put them off but we were fine with it and there is enough space for everyone at this resort

The pictures do the place justice. The location is perfect just by the river. In the evening they put insect repellent on every table. We ate there one evening and had Thai food which was lovely. The next evening we ate at a Japanese BBQ restaurant and just went to the counter to order desert there later in the evening. Despite us having already been there an hour already the staff remembered there were 2 of us and bought 2 plates for the one desert we ordered. That's good service! The pools are not cooled so very warm but still refreshing. The front desk staff spoke good English and helped with information for public transport. The public buses were easy to use and there are lots of people to help at the bus station. It seems like a family friendly resort with fluffies in the reception and room, floaties in the pool and high chairs provided. Breakfast was a substantial buffet with eggs, race or noodle dishes, (about 10 different ones), English cooked, fresh egg cooking station for omelette fried or scrambled, cereal, juice, tea, coffee and fresh milk.

The property was well maintained and very comfortable. The riverside restaurant was excellent and very accommodating to all tastes. Above all else, the staff were fantastic, friendly and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient.

We loved the overall feel of this resort. The rooms are nestled around the pools and lovely gardens. The restaurant is in a beautiful spot right beside the river. The staff are lovely and it is only steps from the main street. We would absolutely stay there again.
