Do not book the back wing. Very old. The photo doesn't tell a true picture. We were about to walk out the staff move us to the front building. This is where they take the room photos. 1000 times better. There is no coffee or kettle. These rooms and breakfast were very overpriced compared to the rest of thailand. Due to being a tourist place.

Staff were very helpful, and room views were great. Great location.

The king size double bed was just two mattresses pushed together so we couldn't sleep together in the middle of the bed. Bathroom was very small with old taps and flusher that was hard to use. Aircon was old style and tempermental. The tiles at the water level around the pool were dirty and greasy. On our last day the pool was very cloudy and dirty looking. We couldnt go in the water. The breakfast buffet had a broad selection of food but it was only cafeteria standard. The juices were cheap flavoured and watery. Breakfast there is a waste of money. The light coloured vinyl sofas in the reception area had dark patches on the seat cushions from wear or dirt...they need to be cleaned or replaced.

The location is compensation for some of the short falls of the property. Staff were good and helpful. Housekeeping was good.

Great location just across the road from the beach . Really nice swimming pool with swim up bar and food orders taken . Massage options at pool area was great . Friendly staff . Nice big rooms

Many mosquitoes in the lobby but it's a beach area, it's the same everywhere

Large hotel, with spacious rooms, but old and outdated facilities, but in return there is a comfortable swimming pool. Helpful and friendly receptionist, room cleaner, and security guard. Cheap room rates, very convenient hotel location, opposite Jomtien beach, surrounded by many amenities, restaurants, and night markets.

Originally booked a low room but got 8th floor….put right later. Not enough sun beds…all booked with a towel by 7am…..both pools. Sun beds old and broken.

The cottage room at the rear that I eventually got….away from the boom boom of the base music from the street bars.

Beds weren’t particularly comfortable. We tried breakfast on our first morning and didn’t bother again, food was served in 3 different areas so hard work getting a basic breakfast and food wasn’t great.

Good location, very short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Easy to get into the centre of Pattaya too. We were upgraded to superior room overlooking the rooftop pool and beach which was lovely

We had the 'Cottage with garden view'. It was very spacious and we had a nice view from our terrace on the pool. Because of all the negative comments about the hotel, I was very skeptical, but our experience was totally positive. I also liked that the mini bar was for free and the room cleaning efficient. We also ordered food by room service because of rain and we found it very acceptable. It may well be that other parts of the hotel are different but the so-called Chalet Wing is very nice. The location of the hotel on beachfront of Jomtien is unbeatable. I live in Bangkok because of work since 1 year and I come regularly for a weekend to Pattaya. I will make this hotel my primary choice from now on. To my opinion it offers the best value for money in all Pattaya.

most of the facilities are very old. need a major renovation. Breakfast choice is too little. There are only 2 elevators which most of the time is not enough.

location is great. next to the beach, 7-11. The hotel is very big. The room is big with balcony. you can use it to try your swimsuit. the room is provided with 2 sets of towels. one for showers, one for swimming pool. The swimming pool is great.

we requested a large bed and the hotel used two single beds pushed together and only supplied single mattress and single bed covers.

We were given a room on a certain floor that some workers were staying in. Without notice some construction work was taking place above our room. A jackhammer was being used. When I complained that the last few days this interrupted our piece and quiet, not even to offer of a future discount was forthcoming. We should never have been placed in that room

Breakfast was ok. There was never enough staff, so at times we had to eat cold eggs. At one point I was refused from taking banana from breakfast to my room. The pool area was nice and loved the location
