From the second day onwards we pragmatically deleted it and removed the bath towels and sat down there. Unfortunately, the drinks at the pool bar weren't that good
Great Hotel with amazing Pool Access Rooms. Breakfast was good, everything was there. Around the Hotel are plenty of good Restaurants directly at the Beach. Also the Pool Area is nice. We can recommend this Hotel to everyone!

NetherlandsThe restaurant of the hotel, green mango, was way too expensive for the quality that is offered. There are much better and cheaper options nearby on the beach. The overall beach experience provided by the hotel is definetley not 5 stars. More like 3 stars. If you arrive late in the morning, you need to be lucky to find two chairs to use. All the chairs are occupied by towels but half of them are empty. The staff does not remove the towels even long after the guests leave. It is a bit poorly managed and could be much better with a towel service for example. Some of the beach beds needed replacement as well and were full of insects. Considering the price and 5 star hotel rating this has to be better.
The resort was beautiful, so many flowers and trees, and the sound of the most amazing birds give this resort such a nice vibe. The staff was super friendly and professional as well. The beach and surrounding area is very nice and quiet with some very good options to eat close by on the beach. Even with some minus points we really enjoyed our stay here!

FranceLacked some storage for clothing. There is only a limited amount of places at the main pool and it quicky fills up with regulars.. The beach is only a few meters away so it's not really a major problem.
We loved the hotel and it's location, however it is important to note that we prefer quiet places away from the crowds and this hotel doesn't disappoint. The overall feeling, look is very natural and green, everything is well taken care of. The room was large and we had a direct access to the pool in front of the room, this is excellent at the end of the day or when it gets too hot on the beach. The staff we all extremely polite and welcoming. The beach is very long and there were occasion when we felt that we had it all to ourselves..

IsraelPool bar is expensive and the staff is rude. No bar at the small pool and no way to get anything since the other bar is so far away. Location is very remote, there aren't enough shuttles and the shuttles to the market cost money. Breakfast was great but felt very chaotic.
The resort is beautiful, the beach is lovely and there are some Nice restaurants around there. Kee the bellboy was one of the nicest guys we met in Thailand! The concierges are great too.

United KingdomNot a big fan of reserving beds early in the morning, however people were putting towels out at 6.30am and not sitting on them for most of the day. The hotel sorted this while we were there and any beds reserved before 9am had to be occupied or belongings removed. Having said that most of the beds by the beach were gone by 9 am.
Lovely property and staff were brilliant. Didn’t try the breakfast but beach lunch menu and restaurant food were very good. It’s in a quiet location away from Khoalak town, however enough choice to eat round the hotel.

AustraliaThe distance from the town (25-30 mins by car) which we we aware of but it would be great if there were hourly shuttles from the hotel or something semi-regular rather than having to rely on taxis.
Breakfast was great with lots of different options and some rotation every morning. The beach in front of the hotel was equally very nice. There were some shops, including a convenience store that were only a few mins walk away. This made the distance from town more bearable. The pool access room which we stayed in was amazing.

GreeceThe hotel restaurant is quite tinny and in the ala cart restaurant we didnt like the service, big difference especially in speed with outside. We even saw few rackets walking there, I think this can be solved easily from the hotel site and should be not seen on that level. As well there are not any activities as spots or for kids. You should consider it choosing the place. At last we were missing esspresso machine in the room which should be the must in 5 stars hotel.
The Resort is new and beatiful with nice gardens and souroundings. Beautiful beach with many local restaurants and bars is big advantage. We generally enjoyed our stay pretty much. Food in ala cart restaurant was tasty and delicious. Staff at the reception was very helpful. Our room was with pool acssess and that made our stay even more comfy. Rooms could be a bit more spacy.

BulgariaMaybe one small thing, we couldn’t manage to lower the fan of the a/c in the room. We solved it by increasing the temperature when we need to but it’s a full force a/c! Not sure if we couldn’t find it or if there really isn’t an option to do it.
It was the best! The hotel is very clean and convenient overall. The room, the beach, the pool… the bed was I think the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, the bathroom was amazing, wide, clean and practical. The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and all spoke very good English. The beach is really good too. At first I was scared because they warned us there might be jellyfish but we didn’t see any and everyone else was also enjoying the ocean, so I don’t think it’s common. The sunbeds get busy during the day but we always managed to find one. There are really nice restaurants/bars and massage places on the beach too next to the hotel. There is happy hours during the day at the pool bar and you get 1+1 on the drinks! The breakfast was good with selections wide enough. We haven’t tried the hotel’s restaurant but ordered room service once and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a top resort experience and we definitely want to come back.

IsraelAs a matter of fact, there is nothing bad to say, but only to examine an option to improve and know before arriving. 1. Ordering food in room service is not the most accessible since there is no menu in the rooms or an app where you can see the menu. 2. The gym wasn't open in the night since it is located inside the spa complex.
The perfect hotel, a place that is heaven at a fair price compared to the other places around. We took a room with access to the pool, the place has a gym with everything you need and a spa that is just amazing. Good breakfast, excellent restaurants (a bit expensive but worth the price). The hotel has an adjacent beach where there are also excellent restaurants. The service at the hotel is excellent and always with a smile, the employees were attentive to all our requests and don't miss the Thai buffet on Friday evenings. Words just cannot describe this perfect place. We didn't want to leave and if we could we would have stayed longer. Don't miss the shuttles from the hotel to the local market, a local experience worth going to experience (happens 3 times a week). The place is suitable for everyone: for a person looking for a place of peace and quiet, for a couple looking for a romantic vacation and for a family looking for a fun vacation for children as well (the place has a children's area and a dedicated pool adjacent to the main pool).
