The evening restaurant location wasn't so cozy.

The biggest issue is the room charges per night. If they reduce it by 3-4k Baht per night, I would definitely stay longer.

We loved our stay at The High Season Pool Villa. The Food was so fresh and tasty although that's not true for the breakfast. On F&B, I would rate them 8/10 - main issue being breakfast. All the other food tasted amazing - specifically the Thai food. Also you can feel the freshness of the ingredients, specifically with the veggies in Thai food. Great seafood also. I also want to give a special shoutout to their Bartender Peter who makes great drinks and is always so happy to talk to guests about food and drinks. Now coming to housekeeping, I would rate them 9/10. Actually housekeeping was great, but they could just clean the swimming pools better. I would definitely love to go back to this place. They have a few tiny things they need to work on but I assume that's because it was also peak season when we visited.

Nothing we didn't like but could use more staff at sunset bar and little 5 star touches like towels/water/service by the pool. The communal spaces don't quite live up to the high quality rooms.

Beautiful rooms, good private and main pools, central location on one of most popular beaches. Sunset views. Helpful reception, good housekeeping, Food 7/10.

We went as a couple to find peace and tranquility. However, this place is quite small and compact which means that you will hear all sounds around you. And this place was packed with (very loud) children, we felt like we lived in a kids Club. We were not able to relax, even in our own pool. If you are going on holiday to relax and have peace and quiet I would probably not recommend this place. But if you have children, you and your kids will have a good time

The place is absolutely beautiful. The villa was amazing (grand villa). It was huge, clean and the housekeeping staff made sure that everything was perfect. All of the staff were above and beyond. Everyone were so sweet and attentive. The breakfast was good and we liked the gym.

Breakfast room cleanness ! Bird droppings on chairs not cleaned, yes I can understand that open area and many other excuses , but still , plenty of people are available to ensure cleanness in breakfast area. Please improve and all people will be extreme happy.

As referenced by some reviews, yes some of the resort could be refreshed - especially wood decking. That said, it is still beautiful. Service was generally very good but two consecutive days we had to wait on the beach for towels until past noon, which really isn't acceptable for a beach resort. The resort should ensure there are towels for when people start arriving in the morning. Prices for massage were outrageous - which meant that most of the day guests are not even using the service. Of course it's normal to pay a premium, but lowering the price by 20-25% would surely increase the volume and make me feel less taken advantage of for using the service.

Had a wonderful stay at High Season. The beach is absolutely sensational with crystal clear water and super soft, clean sand - this cannot be overstated enough. The property gardens were gorgeous. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We're particularly thankful for Ice's personal recommendations for things to do around the island.

The service does not meet the standard of a 5-star hotel. Even though all the staff are very friendly, they are not as attentive or prompt as expected in a 5-star hotel setting. Considering the price we paid, the service should be much better.

Great facilities, the villas are nice, and the beach is amazing!
