Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room is the best! Since it’s a condotel, so I love how they separate the zone inside for example the bedroom, the living area, the kitchen and the bathroom with dry and wet zone separated. They also provide car to go to anywhere for free!!

for apartment 2 bedroom only have 1 bathroom.
Stay apartment with 2 bedroom. Both bedroom spacious and clean every day and have balcony. got the mountain view room. Swimming pool not so crowd eventhough is small pool and suitable parents with kid to relax.provide shuttle tuk tuk to go beach and halal restaurant nearby.

Lovely 2 bedroom modern apartment. 2 separate toilets & wash basins with a central shared shower. The staff were lovely & very helpful. Free shuttle service to beachs. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like that I had to return home and leave Phuket. Would have much preferred a longer stay.
The hotel location was in an ideal setting, only a two minute walk from restaurants and shops and the lovely night market with its abundance of street food. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and were always on hand to help make our stay a lovely and enjoyable one. Ansari and all the other reception staff were incredible helpful, from booking us taxis to arranging excursions when requested. Although the beach was not far away the frequent shuttle service was an added bonus. The drivers were always punctual and courteous. Hill Myna offered good value for money and as someone who has travelled widely and stayed in a variety of hotels I would strongly recommend this hotel if you visit Phuket.

It would be great to have a washing machine on the floor or in the pantry.

The rooms could be updated. Coffee machine would be better than instant. Could be closer to beach. The neighbourhood could use some cleanup.
I loved the staff. So accommodating. Any time I needed to go somewhere they were always there to help. Thanks to everyone who made my stay so good.

Location isn’t fantastic, however it’s right opposite a Tesco Lotus, a McDonald’s and a 7-Eleven - even better than that is the free shuttle bus to a few beaches of your choice.

The room was extremely comfortable and very quiet, had a great night's rest every night. Relatively close to most of the main attractions and a free shuttle to most of the main attractions in the area. Would recommend.

offered shuttle to beach every hour which was nice. Room was the best out of the 3 hotels ive stayed in well layed out and comfy beds. Really enjoyed it. Plus the air con was amazing. Two air cons in one room :) Had good facilities like gym and swimming pool

No complaints about the hotel, but just so you understand and not to be disappointed on the place: they don't have a restaurant on site. But there is a cafe nearby or you can cook in your kitchen.
Great option for a place to live! The place is clean, very helpful and nice people work here. Beautiful rooms with panoramic windows. There is a kitchen with everything you need: microwave, toaster, electric stove, hood, refrigerator, dishes. The bathroom is also very nice, clean. The bed is soft and with a great view through the panoramic windows. There is also a separate area in the room for the living room, there is space to work. I think this option is great for living as well as for a short stay. And this I have not yet visited their pool and gym, which are also on site. A huge plus is the free shuttle service within a 3km radius around the hotel. There are beaches and supermarkets and night markets and shopping centers. I stayed here for 5 days, then left for another area, but now I am going back to this hotel again because it was really nice. If you're reading this review, stop in, you've found what you need! :)

it is a little far from the downtown area and traffic makes the taxi or grab a 45 minute adventure
the property was clean and relaxed. the staff was always available and the shuttle was a nice bonus.

A little minus was, that the rooms showed traces of usage. Some minor repairs would make it perfect. A little pricy but so is everything near the beach.
Spacious room with separate kitchen. Nice pool and gym. Free shuttle service to anywhere you want to go in the vicinity. Great view in our room on higher level facing the hill. Very comfortable bed. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful

All fine. Pool water could be cleaner, but not an issue cause I have never got a chance to use a pool anyway, since there are great beaches nearby.
First of all, the staff is just amazing- very friendly, assisting with all the questions quickly and professionally. Room is fully equipped, cleaned up every day. Great facilities on site- warm pool and nice cozy gym. Free shuttle is provided to nearest beaches and back. Nearby is a tennis court and a supermarket with periodic night market events. Overall- its a great and quiet place with easy accessibility to everything you may ever need! Can't wish for more.

It was perfect. A bike or scooter would be good for you, but they have a free shuttle to the beaches.
