I didnt like that no one came around the pool for orders of drinks or lunch.

Location is central. Pool area very clean and facilitates all ages in separate areas, as well as two extra pools in Kids Club area. Breakfast was amazing, good selection, quick eggs station. toasters were fast and efficient. Kids sandwiches need covering as dry out too quickly. Kids Club was brilliant, our two 6 & 9 just wanted to keep going back (9-12 and 1-5pm) Had activities and PS4 to use.

The pool area was a little dated in the area of the hotel we stayed. There was another much more modern pool area but this access to this was only permitted to premiun guests.

Room nice and modern, pus good size for a fmaily. One of only a limited number of hotels that offered family rooms with wo beds large enough to sleep two people each. This made it ideal for a fmialy of 4, 2 adults 2 youing children. Breakfast wa also good including alot of variety.

The villa with direct access to the pool with free minibar and very good amenities in the room - the privacy of the small villas community with drinks and starters offered by the lovely staff by the pool- breakfast is very good - beach is right in front of the hotel - location is in the middle of Pattong. Staff is so nice and helpful. A big special thank you to Bryan who went beyond expectation also to Raffa and Orio.

The breakfast spread was good. The swimming pool for the kids as well as the big pool was well maintained.

the bar staff (particularly one lady in the night shift) - extremely rude and absolutely not suited for the hospitality industry, slightly tardy night staff.

The staff was kind and very accommodating. Our hotel bed was too soft and we experienced some back pain after our first night. We discussed the issue with the reception, and asked to change rooms. They said they would discuss with housekeeping. That afternoon, when we came back from the pool, they changed both mattresses to firmer ones - best solution as we did not have to pack up and move rooms! Location is great if you want lively options and convenience. Hotel facilities are great, with several pools to fit your vacation fit. Breakfast was fantastic with tons of options, and the drinks from the pool bar were spectacular. Everything was reasonably priced - we really enjoyed our stay.

The noise level of inconsiderate quests. We had the room near the lift and on days where I couldn't sleep, I can hear kids yelling and running down the hallway at 2 am, adults talking loudly, wooden furnitures scrapping the floors. Lucky for us the kids and hubby are heavy sleepers.

It was lovely: nice and clean with wonderful staff. It also has 3 swimming pools appropriate for kids of you stay in the main wing: and that is enough for the young kids (5 & 6). We went in April and the pools were not busy. Breakfast was nice, lots of different options like curry, noodles, rice, pastries, kids, sushi, fresh fruits. Only disappointment here is no ice-cream. This would be a highlight for the kids, especially in a place as hot as phuket. Kids eat free at the Charm Hotel in the hotel: this is great as the Charm Hotel staff are great and the food delicious. Kids had a main (great options and tasty), dessert (does include ice-cream) and kids size smoothie. Location is great: 700 metres from Juceylong and right in front of the beach. Though too hot for us. Next time we aim to come back in January. But that is peak period.

Relaxing hotel within the busyness of patong. Convenient for us and our 1 year old. Nice pool, worth to stay in busakorn wing. Good breakfast.
