Very nice staff, good value for money and ocean view. The hammock on the balcony was also great! Location is fairly quiet (though I'm sure during full moon / half moon party days it is a bit louder).

I wished the room had AC as it did get hot sometimes during the night, even with the fans on. I missed not having a detachable shower head. The water ended up going everywhere in the bathroom with the fixed shower head.

The location is amazing and the view was beyond incredible!! Having your own separate home was a plus as well!!

AC/fan could have been stronger. The property was further away than I thought. I would recommend a scooter for every time you need to leave the property to go into the town of the island. Bathroom was mostly good however the shower could have been slightly more powerful. none the less I understand its difficult ask for as hut.

View was not as I expected. They view was of trees etc. Not really an ocean view. I would recommend asking for one when booking the property. Bed was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful when checking in.

If you coming for the first time, the signage to the accommodation isn't the best. I do recommend a scooter.

The bad part is this: the bungalows are not really sealed. The first night I left the light on in the bathroom and had a big spider accompanying my dump. I first thought its a crab- judging by its size and was amazed how it makes its way up to the bungalow but no. Sorry neighbors. Cried for one hour and screamed my battle cry for 5 minutes until the horror was over. More insects have a way into the building. But other then that its clean and just take the rooms closer to the sea and you might be fine.

This is one of the most amazing bungalows that you can rent for that price. Stunning seaview and nice terrace.

It’s a few minutes (quite hard) walk from Haad Rin beach, but the place is worth it. They don’t have a restaurant but there are some around.

The toilet is flushed with a ladle and there were ants in the room, but we quickly got rid of them.

A secluded and beautiful place, the sea is right under the house (the beach is stone, but it was not a problem, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sandy beach). Very responsive and pleasant hosts. Not the very center of the island, but there are cafes and supermarkets nearby, a taxi station. If you have a moped, it's not a problem to get anywhere. Perfect sea view and hammock on the terrace.

the bungalow is very well located, near the sea and the view is beautiful. the room is clean and very calm. this place is perfect for rest, far the noise beaches and parties. the owner are very kind and helpful. the price is correct for the place soap and water available in the room.

there were some gekkos that climed in to the bathroom (no problem at all for me but I could imagine if people mind this), part of the road to the beach is steep (just 70 meters, so not a real big deal), bed was a bit hard (thai style). these are just small points but the view made it worth it!

An amazing view, enough space, nice hammock, help of the owner was amazing with tips and arrangement of taxi, very sweet lady, good breakfast, good location (only 12 minutes walk to the beach). the beach is amazing tho

Isn't super easy to reach if you taxe public transports and with a motorbike you still need to carry your big lagguage down and up the long stairway. Is on the promontory, isn't by the beach. Is a good location for backpackers who don't have a big wheel suitcase but just a rucksack.

Off full moon party time haad rin is very dead and the cotteges are very very quite The view is great About clean is fair enough Don't expect nothing super clean or posh.... Is a basic place but overall fine

It could benefit with a mosquito net or some more nets in the bathroom as there are quite some cracks/holes which allow a lot of mosquitoes and other animals to pass through. But this is also something we expected from a more remote location.

The amazing view you can hear and feel the ocean. the hut is built from nice wood. Kind guy running the bungalows.

There are mosquito nets on the windows however as it’s a cabin there are holes in the walls and floors so we got bitten quite badly. A mosquito net over the bed would have been good. Be careful if you put the location into google maps, it tries to take you through people’s gardens. We decided to walk from the pier. There are some steep hills so I would recommend taking up the owner’s offer of pick up for 50 TBH, especially if you have heavy bags.

Lovely rustic stand-alone cabin with a gorgeous view. Loved the hammock. Very friendly owner. About a 10/15 min walk to the town and main beach (quite a lot of hills though).

The mosquitos had a buffet with me as they kept coming through the cracks in the wood. A net would be awesome but that's not the issue. It gets hot! I actually slept outside in my hammock with the blanket as that was cooler. About too far from everything if you don't have a scooter.

Nice little cabin by the cliffs, hammock and views. I mean what else do you need?

Not really a negative as the manager sorted it out, but I'd ask for a mosquito net. I got bitten alot on the first night, but when we asked for a net he supplied us with one and I wasn't bitten again.

Great place to stay, the guy running the place was lovely and helpful. Would recommend as long as you're fit and don't mind a walk into haadrin. Tbh it's nice to be a bit out of it to avoid the music into the small hours if you aren't partying. And last of all just amazing value for money, the view is to die for.

WiFi did not reach our cabin and it was very hot, the fan could be stronger. If there was A/C it would be perfect.

Absolutely stunning views of Haad Rin. So peaceful with the hammock and sounds of the ocean in the evening. Far enough away from the beach to avoid the loud party scene, and easy to get to on a bike. The cabin was spacious and clean, excellent value for money. Toiletries were provided which was a bonus. Lots of nature around - saw a 2 metre monitor lizard under the terrace!!
