Lack of a mini bar in a 4 star plus hotel was somewhat disappointing. TV channels were poor. The lack of alcohol was disappointing but this was due to the current pandemic.

Breakfast was a little cold but was wholesome with plenty of choices. Restaurant menu was acceptable if a little expensive. The choice of pools and overall ambiance were very good. The location was superb. Parking excellent.

Breakfast the same menu the 2 days we stayed. Bowling pins always stuck, need proper maintenance.

Breakfast was reasonably good Swimming pool was very nice, they have 2 pools. Also offered pool tables with 20 baht per game. Bowling also avaliable for a price. There is a bakery shop in front and a & eleven beside the hotel. Beach just across the road. Room service menu really nice and cheap.

Friendliness of the staff at reception was not that great; friendliness of other hotel staff was ok. The breakfast provided is limited and primarily for Asian guests (its very limited for Western/European guests). The rooms, its furniture and equipment are outdated and not worthy a four star hotel and should be renovated.

Location of the hotel at the Saeng Chan beach is great; the sea view is beautiful. Also the facilities like the two swimming pools, the bowling lanes, snooker table and other facilities are great. There is also sufficient parking space available. The suite type rooms are spatious.

The rooms are not so much well equipped. Had 2 rooms, 1 with A/C not working, other with not working microwave oven and electrical sockets. The breakfast is convenient but pretty one-sided, needs more option to suit a longer stay. WiFi can only host up to 3 units per room, to register a new one, you need to remove one.

Well equipped hotel, nice pools and nice gym. The location is great and they have balcony. Nice '00s atmosphere.

We booked a 2 bedrooms suite, the room is quite old and stinky. Not meet our expectations . We are still fine with it, but we are disappointed with the receptionist. When we check out, he said there are two bathrobes missing, the receptionist hasn’t checked clearly with the housekeeping department but telling we took the two bathrobes!We are mad, and we just let them checked all our belongings immediately !!!!!! .They need better training for front desk!

One of the best bit of the property is you don't have to outside the resort and resort is equipped with many sports activities and variety of coffee , desserts and food options at reasonably priced.

The room is much older than in the pictures with old furniture and building conditions. Air conditioning is noisy due to its age and has a musty smell in the bedroom and pantry. Looked like the hotel hasn't renovated for decades. Compared with room condition, it was really overpriced. Facilities are ok.
