The elevator didn't work and you had to call a golf car with driver every time you wanted to go up or down. Sometimes I felt it a bit dangerous. The laundry service was expensive compared to other places, unfortunately we spent 2-3 nights only here so we had to accept and use it.

Clean room for acceptable price, nice pool with view to the town and the sea. Kind staff as well.

we weren't a huge fan of the location as it's a very quiet neighborhood between the Main Street and the resort, It felt a little unsafe at night for us to walk back so we weren't comfortable leaving.

A bit far from the main beach. However the hotel shuttle is free and departs every hour and getting a Grab is super easy

High up on the hill with a beautiful view. The pool and pool bar are a perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset.

The place is located in a hill. The way going to the rooms is very steep (almost 75 to 80 degrees inclination). There is a buggy service that is available 24 hrs to take up to to the rooms. It is just too steep that you feel like the buggy will roll over. There is also a free service from 7am to 5pm going to Karon beach. For transportation to other area, you can use either grab or bolt app but they are really way expensive. If you can ride a grab bike,this would be the cheapest option. If not,its a good option to rent a car too if you can drive. The bed is not too comfortable.

The room has a nice city and sea view. The room is very spacious and has an infinity pool. The location of the resort is not too far from the night market and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Located in Karon and not far from major things like food, beach and other facilities. Good view from most of rooms, and from pool on city and sea.

Shuttle to the beach would be great if it works also later or sooner, all restaurants and shops are down the hill, and also, if you go by bus, the bus stop is on the beach as well. The location is a bit dirty and messy, so without this shuttle the location is not good, i didnt feel safe to walk around outside the hotel.

The staff was very nice, if needed. Pool is "endless" with a view on Big Buddha and on the Karon beach, very nice view. The room was clean and really big. The location on the hill is great for the views, within hotel areal if you can't walk the stairs, you can simply and for free call the reception and they will send a guy for you to take you to/from the room on a trolley. Attention, very steep, hold carefully if you are sitting in the back. The shuttle to the beach every Hour from 10am to 5pm is convenient, but if you want to be picky, it would be useful to have it also on demand in the early morning or later in the evening.

The stairs are really hard to come up with. The most rooms are far from reception and restaurant and it is difficult to do it every time you want to leave the room.

Built in the hill offers a nice view of karon beach. Very friendly and kind staff always willing to servise. Although it is an old building they trying to keep it in a good shape. There is no elevetor and the buildings are far from reception and restaurant but there is always a guy to pick you up via a golf car. Every one hour from 9:00 to 17:00 there is a shuttle bus to the karon beach.
