It's a good 4 star resort, nothing fancy, but stable and clean .location is good. Food is OK. A bit boring at night as no entertainment. Stuff barely speak english

Our deluxe room was very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of cupboard space to unpack. Bed and pillows comfortable. Such a huge resort with plenty of activities and numerous food options. Lovely beach . All in much better than I hoped for.

there is no nice coffee for relexation with guests, coffee, tea and cake. The whole are is very impersonal with too many people. Already very early in the morning the chairs around the pool wit deeper water are reserved with towels whicn is a very bad habit and should be stopped by the management.

The beach is fantastic but during day time end of February very hot and it is advisable to swim in the morning and at night. Breakfast buffet is excellent, lots of choice The pools are fine but too not in February. Estimated at 43 Centigrade

I booked a room with sea view, i thought i get a room on the 2nd or 3 rd floor but i was given a room on the 1st floor with partial sea view in the last building of the property so we had to go 15 minutes on foot to have breakfast . Tropical shower didn’t work. We had very late check in at 12 in the night and we had sleeping kid also we had a booking just for 2 days thats why I didn’t go to reception complaining about room, all we just wanted was sleeping. Paid almost 1K usd, I thought it would be more price quality worth

The pool access room we booked had a musty smell but we kept the room as the kids liked the location.

The hotel had a selection of different restaurants and a great breakfast buffet. There were several pools and two gyms. The staff were always friendly and helpful and helped find taxis and negotiated the taxi fares.

Family of 3. The hotel is on a dead end road on a quieter side of Kata. The location and beach is “Kata Noi” away from the heavy traffic of Kata beach. You definitely need a scooter or transport to get to the livelier walking areas. It’s a bit of a walk uphill but manageable. We didn’t mind this at all since we were a family with a 9yo. and welcomed the chill vibe. We also rented scooters and zipped around. The hotel sits on a flat plain of kata noi public beach. It feels private but open to all visitors. The breakfast buffet included with your stay was delicious with a variety of different dishes. Thew fitness center could be larger with more weight lifting machines but was adequate. The hotel offers poolside Massage, mani/pedicures and bar service. They also have 3 restaurants on site. We were there over the Christmas holiday for 1.5 weeks before heading north and loved it. Would rebook!!
