The location and the view. Everything is available in close vicinity. Right in front there is a seven11 which solves all the short comings.

we had a room out the street side, and the room was poorly isolated. You could hear the street super loudly, even if the windows are closed

We had a great four night stay . We had a twin sea view room. The property has a total of nine rooms and is run by a family who are really helpful. You could book local trips and taxi with the lady who is normally in the breakfast area. The breakfast was adequate and you good order eggs cooked how you wanted them. The location is slightly away from the main Krabi Town but there are still plenty of local restaurants nearby and a &/11 opposite. It's about a fifteen minute taxi drive to the pier for the ferry to Phi Phi island and the crossing takes one hour. The stafff are happy to arrange everything including your ferry ticket.

The water pressure in our room was low but this wasnt a big issue.

Our room was large, had everything we needed and had a balcony overlooking the beach/sea, it was great and very relaxing

The price seemed a bit high for the season and the quality of the amenities e.g. the fridge didn't seem to work very well and nor did the ac. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We loved the view and the location. Plus the staff were very friendly and it was great to have breakfast included.

Very good accommodation and very helpful staff if you want to book a taxi. Rocky beach directly outside the accommodation. , but there is a beach a couple of hundred meters to the left which is great. We would stay here again .

It would have been great if they sold snacks or offered a light lunch menu, especially if you're just lazing on the sunbeds all day. It's not really a problem, because 7 11 situated is conveniently opposite the resort.

The accommodation is on the beach. It was a simple, value for money, family owned business. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was surprised that most of the guests that were there had been there several times before. We will definitely go back again.

The value for the money is great.

It was exactly what we wanted, clean, quiet, and great ocean views from the hotel. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. It is not fancy, but being able to sit outside enjoying a slice of heaven and playing cards with the family was a great memory maker after adventure filled days. I would definitely come back, great for slow paced place.

Bathroom could do with a little modernising.

So much to like about this little hotel. The location is amazing, right on the beach, great for chilling, walking or swimming. This is a fairly quiet resort but lots of great restaurants are a stones throw away, 7-11 great over the road, boat trips on the doorstep. Loved breakfast - cooked eggs, toast, cereals, fruit, pastries, mango sticky rice. What the hotel lacks in modern facilities, it has in heart for the lovely family who run the hotel. Would definitely return.

The AC was a bit feeble so struggled to get the room cool enough to sleep on a hot day. Not easy to get to the sea although it is situated on the beach.

Although, it didn't bother us but for some it can be disturbing: Traffic noise,mainly in the afternoon/evening until cca 11:00 pm. is a bit noisy (7Eleven shop is opposite side of the road, nearby hotels live music,,sometimes banana boats engine) Rooms are a bit dated, but it's rather a charm than a weakness in my opinion, but I have to mention it for the full picture. (All super clean though)

Very friendly stafff, hepful in all ways, family owned business they make you feel like you are one of them. Directly access to the see, beautiful sunset. Seaview rooms are recommended!

Like I said everything was perfect

This is a hotel managed by a familly with their daughter. Everyone was adorable and very nice, especially with our little baby. The hotel as a sea view with some rooms, very calm, and clean. We loved our stay in this hotel.
