But the Gym is VERY poor quality & not in use. Also would have been pleasure if all staff were friendly & had basic English understanding as many times staff were not able to understand requests immediately - use of Google translate.

The shower drain was extremely slow and the shower head could use a deep clean. The main pool was hazy and smelled strong of chlorine but the other 3 pools were great. Definitely recommend the pool up the stairs to the right of the pool bar (shaded, clear and quiet).

Wonderful location for the price. Big rooms and the breakfast was better than we expected.

One of the reception managers was very rude when I asked about having a late checkout! Pool staff not very friendly. No facilities at the rooftop pool.

While breakfast was ok, dinners on the other hand... I give this restaurant award of the worst pad thai in all of Thailand. This was noodles mixed with ketchup and rotten sprouts. I am still shocked how bad it was to this day. Unfortunately due to the logistics we had to use the restaurant twice and none of the dishes were actually edible. The other thing are the sunbeds, they are metallic, so it was very hard to manipulate them and not to disturb everyone with noise. I believe this could be easily fixed by oiling them up.

This is an okay hotel, nothing extraoridnary. We liked the room was spacious and bed was comfortable, however room looked more dark and gloomy than on the pictures. The pool is also quite nice. Location is fine, few minutes walk from the main beach. The view was nice, BUT it will get worse with time as we have seen there are some new buildings constructed that will obscure the view in the future. Breakfast was ok.

Up a hill not good in the heat

The breakfast could have more vegetarian and vegan options also for the savoury things. The fitness area would need an upgrade - half of the 4 equipment was broken and the rest rusty. The towels did not smell fresh even when clean.

The beach was of Ao Nang were within a 10-15 min walking distance. Shopping possibilities and a laundry shop close by. No noise at night. It was easy to arrange for airport transfer. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Pool bar and the happy hour were nice. Most of the staff were friendly. The free daily transfer to the private beach was the best.

there is a construction site right in front of the hotel and people working on building a new hotel. hope it wont take them too long, cuz hen they finish, the view from Chada will be outstanding.

Although we were on top floor, elevators were only until 2nd highest floor. Doing up and down a flighr of stairs can be tiring.. its apllicable only for top floor rooms.

Ambience, room sizes are pretty good for family. Its locations is good as well considering walking distance from Ao Nang beach.

There is a construction site next door, they are building a hotel there. This could have been mentioned somewhere clearly. There was noise coming every day during sun light. The staff seemed a bit tired. Location was okay with good local restaurants but quite a walk to the beach.

Lovely and big room by the pool, would highly recommend getting the swim up room. Breakfast was average.

One of the pillows had blood on it and it wasn’t changed by the cleaners. The Wi-Fi was poor and did not work most of the time. It is a long way to the room (the driveway to the hotel is long and it’s a long walk to some of the rooms).

The location was right on the strip near the beach which was good as it was not far to get to everything. It has a nice rooftop pool. The staff were friendly.

A bit old and dark . The bed was hard ,the room a bit dusty because a lot of old stuffs like sofa and curtains . The air-con was old and a bit dusty ,not good for people with allergies.

Nice pool access room. We could use the pool at the night but should be careful to not disturbing the customers. The staffs are nice and friendly.

Air conditioning was not working properly during our stay. We did complained about the issue but was not resolved.

Location, swimming pool breakfast and room amenities. Staff were friendly and tour services bike rental are available in hotel reception.
