Easy check in. Great location, opposite 7/11 and many delicious breakfast/dinner spots. About 15 min drive from the airport and bus station. Balcony area was very large and fantastic to chill out in the mornings and evenings, not facing the road either so less noisy. Room very big and really comfy. Bed was divine. No complaints at all! Plenty of plug sockets too.

Really comfy bed and spacious room! Great location to visit the night markets and lots of nice restaurants nearby! The man on reception was lovely and gave us some great recommendations! A pleasant stay and great value for money. The shared kitchen and free water was also a big plus. 7/11 right across!

I think the bathroom could have been more clean. There were black hair everywhere. The shower is pretty uncomfortable and the curtain doesn’t really prevent the water from wetting the whole bathroom. The lighting in the room was poor and the lamp on the nightstand didn’t really work. There is a bar under the hostel and it has live music everyday, I could sleep with it (there were actually pretty good songs) but maybe for some people can be annoying.

The room is spacious, plenty of space for our backpacks. The location is also good, it is right in front of a 7-11 and in a good central position. We could walk to most places. I found useful the fridge and the free water. The ac works fine. I spent 3 nights here and overall it was a good stay, I can recommend it for short stays.

Overall the place is quite old. So not super modern or clean. But the price and location may up the bad points.

Cheap and good location for a solo traveller. Room was quite big. So someone need to organise things while backpacking, might good option.

The shower was not the most welcoming, Super tiny and half of the window looking outside was broken,but the water were warm! And the bar next to the hotel is very noisy with music until around 00:00. But we did

Bed is super big and comfortable! 7/11 right in front of the hostel which is great. And the shared space had a water dispenser that we used and loved.

Its not their fault but downstairs there is a night club with loud music (very loud) till 23/23:45. Something to consider if you like to sleep early.

The staff gentleman was really nice. Everything super comfortable and clean. We could do the auto check in after the check in time without any problem and we could leave over luggage after check out also

The showers could’ve been cleaner, and warmer and the one provided in our room didn’t make sense, so we used the rooftop one. It was totally functional though and we definitely didn’t mind.

Very close proximity to everything, right inside the heart of Chiang Mai; Market was like a 7 minute walk; Even had awesome live music and a bar below (which shut things down by 11 about so no trouble getting shut eye). Bed was relatively comfortable and we loved the communal kitchen and fridge with complimentary water refill! Also has a 711 right across the road for your everyday needs lol and tons of restaurants! Allowed early checkin which was awesome!

There was a constant smell coming from the bathroom. The live music from one floor under us was playing loud until midnight every night, not much you can do about that though.. they placed ear plugs in the room, which is nice!

Toilets and showers were upstairs on the roof which was dark at night. Kitchen strangely dark too. My room was directly above the bar downstairs which has live music every night and goes until midnight. Earplugs were provided but not possible to sleep before midnight as it's so loud! Friday and Saturday nights were the worst.

Big room, loads of space and cool balcony overlooking street and 7-11. Comfortable beds and excellent air-conditioning. Decent shower.

Great location. Many places to eat around. ATM and seven eleven in front of the building. It was comfortable and good value to stay there. The host let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. I would definitely book again.
