To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaBreakfast was very good, great selections. The staff was very helpful in helping us secure reasonable transfers and tours around Bangkok. Location was excellent, walkable to Terminal 21 Mall. Our hotel room was larger than most, and clean. We'll go back again when in BKK. Money changer across the street with good exchange rates which was very convenient. Also Thai restaurant across the hotel, seemed to be popular always full of people but we did not have a chance to try it.

We (couple and a 10 month baby) stayed 4 nights. It was very pleasant, nothing to add infact. Location was good kind a side street of main Sukhumvit road. A bit quiter but still close. 10 min Walk to nearest public transport. Nice gym on the roof. Here is also the small pool which was nice. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special neither we missed big things.

The location was excellent as it was near the green line train so we could get to lots of places of interest including the market. The staff were warm and friendly, we felt safe and relaxed.
