Amazing hotel, in low season before songkran very cheap price. 1000 baht per night. Very clean, big rooms. Amazing showers and amazing view of the Mekong river. The salt water pool is very refreshing. Breakfast is good and every staff member was extremely polite with some good English speakers. The main receptions is very grand, very beautiful.

The pool area only had 2 seats. At breakfast if you chose not to have the Thai food on offer they was no knifes to cut your food up.

We only had wifi on the 1 and 2nd floor. Switching to a higher floor we couldn't rely on it.

This hotel is POSH with golden accents, mirrors, very classy styling. The breakfast was amazing with so many options and an espresso machine! The pool is clean, right next to the Mekong river walk, and in a quieter part of town. Staff were all very helpful

Everything is perfect, the room is spacious and extremely clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Swimming pool is febulous because of the river view and you can see the moutain across Mekong river. Breakfast is perfect comparing with other surrounding hotels. Finally, it's valuable, will be booking next time. Highly recommended Hotel in Nakhonphanom.

What could be improved on is the sound-proofing of the room-doors. Due to a large gap between door and frame (in both rooms, as well as others I checked), the occasional noises in the otherwise quiet corridors will strongly penetrate into the room. This is obviously a construction error, which needs to be tackled and slightly mars an otherwise superb experience. The showers are a dream in themselves, offereing both top and hand showers, and three separate dispensers for shampoo, body soap and hair conditioner! (never seen the latter like that before). However regulating the temperature is a bit dicey and one ends up constantly adjusting between too hot and too cold.

The quality of the hotel, it being very wellkept and superclean, the very accommodating staff, the excellent mixture of western comfort with oriental hospitality, the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, with all the modern amenities, e.g. wall-embedded USB charging points at the bedsides, were unsurpassed and not short of 5-Star level.

Room was perfectly clean, even stepping on the tiles with bare feet felt no dust. The staff was very hospitable; they made effort to directly ask for feed back or suggestions for improvement. Location is great, next to the running/cycling road along the river, convenient for morning exercise.

The shower water was unstable hot for minutes then turned to cold in minutes. There were little ants in the room . The staff didn’t fill up the shower gel or shampoo even told them to do.

The size of the room is good for two people . Nice decoration.
