As the waters is a little older it’s showing some age with little things that could be updated compared to other resorts in the area

Gym was small, only 1 treadmill and it is old. Not so sure whether it get a cleaning daily. Our balcony was facing the wall and I can see there is not much cleaning on that side Pool bar staffs are not as friendly as the rest of the staff's in the hotel

Pool was nice, my kids had fun there, enough amount of sun beds Breakfast buffet have good variety of food and the staffs were quick and friendly Location is good, 5 min walking to the next beach 15min taxi ride to coconut or sandy beach The are cafe and restaurant ans also food stalls near the hotel Massage was great, a bit of discretion (curtain or shade) would be more appreciated

Upon arrival our room was ready for us to check in early. Beautiful big room with huge bed which was super comfy and there was a big double shower which was great. The hotel is in a good location with lots of bars and restaurants just a minutes walk away. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the beach and sea were beautiful and not too busy. We had breakfast and have to say it was great, there was so much choice and the egg station was good. We had a massage at the pool and it was excellent value for an hours treatment. We particularly liked that each area of the hotel had its own pool area so it was never too busy, we did use the main pool area on a couple of occasions and enjoyed the swim up bar

Resort, facilities, staff and location perfect for an amazing holiday. Will be back for sure! Our room was upper pool access, perfect position. Room cleaned daily, water topped up, bins emptied. Breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice. Staff very friendly and eager to help and look after us.

Rooms are in need of small renovation, our room was a bit worn in some points. Pool bar guy could smile a bit more and not be so grumpy.

Great hotel. Beautiful pool area. There were enough sunbeds and not all of them were reserved before breakfast. Straight access to pool from the room big plus. Best massage place in the near area inside the hotel area. Good location, hotel is close to many great restaurants.

Great hotel, definitely book a pool access room they are great, we were around one of the smaller pools and it was generally very guiet, they have also added double seats on the patio which have not appeared in any pictures a lovely place to read a book in the shade. Breakfast good but slightly limited, easy walk to many restaurants, market, tsunami monument and beach. Would definitely recommend and would return.

We were happy with basically everything, the only small niggle was the Wifi. Speed was ok, but the need to log in every single time you use a device was a small inconvenience. The bar at the restaurants had the only staff we really thought weren't great at their job, the drinks were hit and miss. one night great, the next undrinkable.

Breakfast was great, lot of options, both local food and more traditional (for us) European food, bacon, egg, omelette and so on. The pool area was nice and clean, lots of sun beds, no early morning competition with the towel germans in order to get a sun bed. We had an apartment with pool access and it was a very large pool 50x10m shared with 11 other apartments, but no issue with that. It was never crowded. House keeping did a great job, everything was clean and nice

The beds where a little on the hard side for us. No separate top sheet, as we don't like the aircon on at night. The foot paths around the street are a uneven, just need to watch your step.

We had a pool access room, excellent, well worth the extra cost. Morning sun and shade in the afternoon. Breakfast had great variety. Location close to many restaurants, beach and Market. Plenty of money changers. that would negotiate rates.

The building block we were in, non of the rooms had a view some looking out onto to a concrete wall just 2 meters away. Very claustrophobic and dark. Would not stay in these rooms again.

Couldn't falter.

Exceptional place, so clean and quiet. Each pool area was spotless. Ample sun loungers (even though people still reserved them by towel at 07.30!!) Staff were so polite and helpful. Breakfast amazing. Local shops and restaurants were good quality. Beach about 10 mins walk Thoroughly recommend.
