When we arrived we were taken to a room which was not the one we booked and not to our taste, we then had to push the staff to allow us into the room we did book which was better but quite dated and could do with a touch up, on our second night the air-con began to leak and broke. We were then taken to another room which was in the garden and much nicer, we enjoyed our stay after this.

Good location to the beach and restaurants, just off the main road but still a bit noisy, lovely garden area and a few friendly cats around.

Great location. Lovely beach front pool area with beach towels provided. Approachable and friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast as we had an early flight out. Staff organised our transfer to the airport which was on time and efficient. Our room was large and spacious with a clean and modern bathroom. Tea and coffee available in the room.

Other family members had the rooms with own terrace, but it was not to their liking. A bit run down. Noisy neighbors talking on the phone until midnight. The worst part was that the pool had been flooded by the sea and a small part of the hotel had been destroyed by the sea days before we came. They didn't inform us of this, before AFTER they hurried us to pay for everything up front. I found that to be very poor manners. We would have stayed there anyway, but they took away our choice.

We had a private pool, the house was very nice, very big and high to the ceiling with the pool right in front of the windows. Perfect for our kid.

Booked deluxe room and got basic room looking at another building. Maybe they should call the room type basic and not deluxe, I expected something better. Room smelt strongly of disinfectant. Shower old and not that clean. If you book a room make sure to book the garden bungalow.

The staff at reception could be more friendly. When I checked in very little eye contact was made and no smile.

Great swimming pool overlooking the beach! When we were there it was high tide so wasn’t much sand until later on in the afternoon (maybe around 5pm you could actually sit on the beach) - but that’s not to do the hotel of course, just weather being weather! Lovely buffet breakfast, comfy beds, very helpful staff. Location is great! Front side is the beach, back side is the lively streets in the evening with restaurants, bars, shops, live music etc

Pool area could do with a little TLC as getting a bit old but still nice enough The beach area outside hotel they could clean up a little and maybe put some chairs out on the beach in the afternoon like next door do as the sun goes off the pool about 3pm aand no where to sit on beach directly outside hotel. Lovely hotel so these slight improvements would go a long way to making it even better 😁

There wasn't a bathroom fan in cabana...everything else was great!

Amazing location, beach and pool. Restaurant and food was great. I loved our little beach cabana and they provided great service. The staff were super helpful and friendly and it was very clean. My favorite part was the jungle walkway down to beach...it felt magical with all the lights, blooming plants and flowers. The nightly fire shows were just a short walk down the beach and I really enjoyed getting my daily fruit shakes at the stand up the street.

The TV in the room is wrongly located, you can’t watch it without shifting furniture. Also while we were there for our 7N-stay, the promised channels were down and even when it was fixed, no one bothered to tell us. In other words, no follow-up. Not a biggie but it points to a lackadaisical spirit of the team concerned.

Location is perfect. Off the main drag and yet right smack in the middle of the action. Convenient and accessible to F&B, atm, pharmacy, convenience stores, shopping. Very pleased. Also kudos to the housekeeping team, cheerful and helpful despite the language barrier.

The rooms are quite dated. There was a connecting door to the adjacent bungalow; our neighbors were easily heard at all hours. Worth noting is that the property is in the flight path for departing Samui airport flights. You will notice the plane noise several times a day; it is jarring.

The proximity to the Gulf of Thailand was a top reason for booking. There were plenty of comfortable loungers by the pool. Lots of convenience stores, bars and restaurants line the street. The hotel is set back from the main road, so it's very peaceful.

A little bit noisy (near the airport). Info on booking was - accomodation will be paid by set up credit card - but it was not true, and it was necessary to pay it in cash in the hotel. So, prepare enough cash.

Our AC was spitting out mold debris and after being cleaned( 4 different people in the room) I had an expensive article of clothing missing. To be sure I tore the room and my suitcase apart twice and checked the cleaning ladies bag of laundry. It was never found. I was wearing it when I arrived so I knew it should be in my room.

It had the perfect ambience of a boutique hotel but large enough to have a nice sized beachfront pool and dining room.
