Could be better attention to the details. Room cleanliness - dirty marks on walls, inroom safe had no batteries and poor location on floor. Previous occupants rubbish in bedside table still there. Pool umbrellas difficult to put up, staff sometimes forgot to do it.

For anyone flying out early, this is an excellent choice. Not expensive at all, very close to Sirinat Park beach and restaurants, quiet and clean.

The air-condition in my room was not work well (seem temp was set at 28c), so i requested staff to change my room and was responded. The smell of pillow was not good, it smell like it's never been washed for long time.

The hotel is closely to HKT airport, just 5 minutes by car. If you are looking for the place to stay nearby airport then this hotel may be the choice for you.

We had to take room 1201. this is a dreadful room. it has very small balcony as most has been fenced off as there is an electric power distributor Immediatly against the hotel. this means there is only a small sliding door to admit light so the room is very dark. Staff were unhelpful when we complained about the quality of the room. There is no hot water in the bathroom sink. The toilets at the swim pool are disgusting .

Shower is powerful and plenty hot water.

Our room was so stinky of mold! Aftet a quick inspection we found black mold growing on the ceiling! I'm an experienced traveler in Thailand and have put up with damp smells before, but this was overwhelming. We both feared for our health. We checked out shortly after check in and they wouldn't refund our money or give us another room. Also, our flight to Phuket was cancelled so I had emailed them and sent a msg within booking.com right away to let them know we were delayed. I explained that we would miss checking in the first night but keep the room, we would pay for it, and like an 8 am check in the following day - the room was not ready for us! We had to wait in the lobby for what seemed like an eternity.

the location is very bad, Nai Yang is very few tourists and not happening. I checked in and I left my bags and went to Patong and stayed there until departure, on the way to airport I picked up my bags from this hotel. on the first day after check in I had lunch in the restaurant in the hotel, the menu was only in Thai so I had to translate. everything on the menu had pork, since I don’t eat pork it was very difficult.

The staff on evening shift. I early checked out. I gave the key @9PM. While waiting for my boyfriend, I asked the staff if everything is good. He said "ok". When my bf arrived the staff just took photos of me and my bf without permission, we went to the car and he was still taking photos still as if we did something wrong. He respectfully told the receptionist to stop taking photos because it makes us uncomfortable but he continued. For some reason I don't know why. We were talking to him and he just turn his back on us. We just left the hotel with big disappointments. I emailed the hotel to check this but no reply until now.

Location wise is good. Everything was perfect until something happened when I early checked out.

the room wasn’t very clean, mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. bed was very very hard and not comfortable at all. toilet seat was broken.
