Our unit was on the upper level and the stairs were a touch on the steepish side, so if you have bad knees or a bit on the oldish side, request a room on the lower level.

Staff were very friendly and super helpful. The location was even better than I had hoped for. The room was clean and functional, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. There is a balcony for each room and a nice cool and breezy open corridor outside the room with table and chairs to relax in. The sun lounges on the beach under the shady trees were a bonus and with beach restaurants were literally next door, you could easily spend every waking moment on the beach.

Nothing, this was a gem.

The location was amazing. Right on a beautiful calm beach, sun beds under the trees, next to several restaurants. Wished I had stayed here for a week versus Patong, Kata Beach , or PhiPhi .Room was nice sized and comfortable. The bathroom could be updated, but for the price and location, it was fine! Very close to airport.

50 meters from the sea, but still not so close to hear the noisy waves all night long. The room was big and nice, very clean. It's a small hotel so just a few rooms, more private. I was able to walk from the hotel to airport, I had only a backpack. There's a long sea shore there, perfect for walking.

It is located superbly right next to the fine and quiet beach. The hotel manager Ms. Aey and her staff were helpful and accommodating. We used the beach loungers and the kayak offered free by the hotel.

Breakfast is not included but obtainable via a number of on beach restaurants for about 500 baht for 2. The room was closer to reception than the beach end of the complex and as such was not shaded by adjacent buildings - therefore much brighter. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with particular mention of the cleaning/housekeeping staff who are truly exceptional.

Very well kept place with friendly staff and fantastic location. So close to the airport but still calm and quiet right on Naiyang beach with own sun beds in the shade from the surrounding trees. We will be back.

More drying space for wet clothes

The hotel is located right on the beach and provides its own sun loungers in a "private" portion of the beach which has a great balance of sunshine and shade under the trees. The rooms are adequately sized for a couple and have their own individual "verandah or balcony". The bathroom is basically a wet room with washbasin, toilet and shower. The staff do an outstanding job of cleaning the rooms e.g. beddings and towels changed every day! Beach towels are also provided and the staff are charming, helpful and diligent. The rooms upstairs are probably better than those downstair but there is a narrow & steep set of stairs to get upstairs. All in all a lovely hotel for a beach holiday.

We love the location of being literally at the beach and in the center of Naiyang, near everything. The rooms were very clean and spacious and very peaceful. We were here to kiteboard and this hotel is right on Naiyang kiteboarding beach. We didn’t get much wind, but nevertheless we enjoyed swimming in the ocean every day and eating at the many nearby local beach restaurants. The wind came up for a few days to kiteboard, and then when the sun came out, the days were sunny and nice but no wind. Everyone was extremely hospitable and friendly. The owner kindly gave us a ride to the airport.

My room’s power went off for about an hour late in the night without notice. (It was apparently due to low electricity but the hallway lights were still on). I had to request staff twice to give me any information on when the lights would be back. There were no charging outlets. I had to unplug the TV cable and charge my phone.

The hotel is in a good area — restaurants, bars, ATMs, Tops, and of course, the beach. I loved the private beach area; it’s well-shaded too. The staff is also helpful. WiFi connection was good.

I have stayed here twice now. As lovely as they are, checking in has never gone smoothly. Also, anyone can look into your room, from both sides! Therefore you have to keep the curtains drawn all day.
