Shower leaked a bit over bathroom floor

We paid more than what we’d normally pay for a Thai hotel of the same standard however it was very comfortable and quiet

The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is places very centrally.

Bathroom smelt a tiny bit which I assume is due to the place being surrounded by restaurants. Was bearable as the smell was limited to just the bathroom

10/10- this place was amazing. . Location was perfect for access to boats and local food. Staff were great. Everything was great and I’d definitely stay here again

There wasn’t proper ventilation in the bathrooms (in the hotel room and lobby) so there was quite an odour when turning the fan on. There also is not a pool.

The property is in a great location. Staff were excellent and super helpful. The rooms are nice and renovated. Lobby is beautiful.

WiFi was absolutely terrible. They created like 20 separate WiFi networks to choose from, based on which one is closest in the hotel. Doesn’t quite work…

Super friendly staff. Centrally located, everything within a few minutes walking distance. Very clean and stylish room.

Sometimes bathroom smells like waste water. Seems to be typical for Thailand but shouldn't be the case for such a hotel . Quite pricy for Thailand

Very modern and stylish hotel directly in the vivid city center without being noisy

The matress wasn't comfortable and the shower door opened the wrong way we had to squeeze in and out of the shower.

The location was good right of the pier and easy to get around phi phi.

It’s down a dirty alleyway and the bathrooms get a bad odor. But the bathroom smell is common for the island. The silence makes it worth the location.

Clean, updated, comfy beds, large TV central location, quiet for being in main area.

Sometimes there was a bad odor coming from the ventilation at the toilet. Closing the toilet door and the light (to switch off the ventilation) was enough!

Right at the heart of the village. Very close to the pier. The guy at the reception (Wee) was vey nice and helpful. All the suggestions he gave us were perfect. Thank you so much Wee!

Its pretty pricey for a hotel without much facilities (no breakfast, gym or pool). The view out of window is just sad cause you see container houses next to it.

Its a new and modern boutique hotel located very near to tonsai pier. Still its very quiet for such centralised location. Room is very spacious and comfortable. They provided beach towel too which is very thoughtful. A lot of eateries and 7-11 just in front of the hotel.

The shower area was quite small and may be hard to get into if you’re a larger person.

We were pleasantly surprised about this property. We heard comments about the smell in all hotels over the island however we had nothing like this. The hotel was spotless, recently renovated and had no bad smells coming from the bathroom at all. I would definitely recommend staying here, the location is fantastic, minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants but also very quiet at night.

Not a big deal for us, but heads up that there is no elevator for visitors so may not be suitable for folks with heavy luggage or for persons with mobility needs.

Newly-renovated, with clean rooms with a very comfortable bed, working AC, and with a large fridge. Great location - a short walk from Tonsai pier, and a short walk to nearby restaurants . Very helpful staff who assisted us in booking tours and ensured we had a good stay.

The shower door was not placed correctly and could get into the shower with difficulty...even my small friend 5.2 feet could barely get in

We stayed there 4 nights. Our bed linens got changed only once. The floor was not mopped since the day we checked in. We had the same bathroom mat the whole stay.

New renovated and close to the food market. The aircon was nice and cold.

Great location and great staff. Rooms are good.

Only crictism is that there is a smelly smell in the bathroom from the drains sometimes.

Modern and clean - everything looks and feels very new. Receptionist very nice and helpful. Room has a massive tv and huge bed. The room has USB ports and USB-C ports as well! Really cool lights in the room behind the bed, m the tv and the cupboards Location is fantastic, it really is in the heart of everything. It’s 5 minutes from the pier so we got off the ferry from Krabi and walked straight to the hotel. Hotel is behind the street food stalls, so great food on the doorstep. They let us check in early as we arrived just before 12 O’clock and check in is officially 2pm. They provide beach towels for free to use. We requested an iron and they bought it to our room straight away. The hotel shared the snorkelling tours with us and we happily booked through them - very helpful and the tour was really good!

Nothing wrong for us. If you're a light sleeper you may hear the nearby mosque but we enjoyed our stay for one night.

We did not have any issues with our room on the second floor. The room was one of the better ones we've had in Thailand. The staff was wonderful. Location was good, walking distance to the ferries. Plenty of restaurants right outside the door.
