Entrance has lots of stairs might be hard on seniors or who has physical injury. Other issue is privacy of the pool, our villa pool was not fully private which might depend on the location of villa.

We stayed at ocean pool villa. The villa and the property is built very well with high quality of furniture and amenities great size of swimming pool plus an amazing view of the sea.

If you want to get around Phuket, it's a 5-10 minute drive on narrow mountain road with minimal street lights, before you arrive at the main road. Since the resort is built on a cliff, every trip to and from the room and the restaurant/lobby is a 3 minute buggy ride

Climbing stairs can be annoying and finding a quick ride to go out is not easy. The hotel has only one restaurant and I would have liked if it had a beach

We had the cliff villa, which is said to be the best in the resort so keep that in mind. Staff was very nice, service was great our villa was out of this world.

Not everything was perfect, though we would stay again. We were told we could check in early. However they allowed the people in our room to stay past checkout time to give them time to move to another room being cleaned. We were incorrectly contacted that our room was ready. We came back to the front desk only to be told they had meant to contact the people staying in our room and that they could move to their new room. Unfortunately, we still had to wait for our room to be cleaned. They never actually contacted us to let us know our room was ready. Our room was not cleaned multiple times. We had told staff we were leaving and were gone for several hours. Despite this, my wife and I came back to rooms that had not been cleaned. No new towels, no toilet paper, no water. When we asked for the cleaning service to come, they did so promptly. The shower drain did not work. In general, the resort is very far away from other restaurants. A taxi/car is needed to go any where else.

The luxury of the suite was incredible - the very large size with tons of space and the incredible pool and jacuzzi. My wife and I loved the outdoor bathrooms as it helped keep the humidity down in our room. The views were fantastic! The air conditioning worked well. We had plenty of delicious coffee provided in the room. We also enjoyed the mini bar and fresh fruits! Breakfast had several options, all of which were high quality. The restaurant had a wonderful open air feel with breezes blowing through.

This resort is, as they often say and I wholeheartedly agree, the heaven of heavens. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, offering an exceptionally wonderful experience. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness is outstanding. Additionally, the service is simply amazing.
