What a lovely little gem, room huge, very clean and comfortable, location not perfect but still good. Nice selection of restaurants up on the main road. Would definitely recommend this place

Shower wasn’t very strong, intermittent pressure.

Spacious rooms, we got an upgrade overlooking pool. Staff were very helpful and will assist transport, tours. Breakfast was good and made fresh to order. Very close walking distance to beach, great sunsets. Plenty of restaurants along beech or close by. Motorbike hire nearby, worth exploring the island as there are little beaches and cafes with awesome views to find(eg Tuesday Morning cafe)

Can't really complain as I got a gorgeous room for little money. But there wasn't anywhere to hang the towel in the bathroom, There was just a (temporary) string on the wall to hang towels on.

Superfriendly staff. Felt welcome and would easily stay again. Big room with kettle (+complementary coffe), fridge and comfortable bed.

It would be a bit easier to organize room and beach towels separately. Otherwise you need to ask for new ones twice a day.

Everything was great, the only thing that needs to be improved is the bathrooms, the bathroom is neglected, there is no place to put the toiletries, in our room the sink was outside the bathroom.

The extremely loud prayer at 5:30am that’s blared on the loud speakers directly outside of the pool view rooms. I understand that it’s Muslim tradition to pray at sunrise but it doesn’t need to be played so loud it wakes up the entire hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with us staying in the pool view room one of the nights so they put is in a garden view room but offered a free taxi ride in exchange which was nice. Laundry service, scooter rental and tour bookings all right at the front desk which saved us a lot of time. 5 minute walk from stunning Long beach. Very cute hotel kitty that followed us into our room one night. Nice pool. Breakfast that was included was good as well.

The rating is for a double room facing the garden. We were a family with two children (8 and 3) and we had two double rooms located on the second floor overlooking the garden and pool. The whole area is very peaceful, even though the hotel was full it was quiet and peaceful, no crowds at the pool, perfect for a family who wanted a quiet nice week. Clean and tidy and very friendly people working there. Breakfast based on egg dishes and fruit, the cleanest dining room I have ever seen. It’s a 5 minute walk down to the beach and ocean. We were very happy and would love to come back, best place in Koh Lanta so far.

The shower was cold, but whistle used to that being in island mode that it didn’t bother us but I think all you needed to do was tell the front desk and they would’ve flip the circuit breaker.

I like the convenience to the beach, which was wonderful. The pool was maintained every day. The staff were very helpful and and informative.

Really clean rooms, staff very helpful with laundry, motorbike rental and transfer to our next location. Loved the pool area to relax and it’s just a short walk to sunset beach. Definitely recommend.

I could hear voices of neigbouts through the wall. That is a little bit disturbing when you want to fall a sleep.

Big and comfortable room with a nice balcony. Great location: 3 minutes from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us book tours, transfers and rent-a-car. The breakfast had several options but my favorite were the pancakes.

1. The bathroom faciilities could be better. e.g. the shower head doesn't hold, the water pressure is not veery strong, no additional area to place the toilettres. 2. The sink tap needs a change :)

This place was such a pleasant surprise. Initially, we had asked them to provide a twin bed room, and since all their economy rooms had double beds the staff upgraded us to a Bungalow!! The reception staff was amazing, they were super helpful and always ready to our questions. The room was super clean and the bathroom always smelled good. The AC works and the pool was clean and has a beautiful surrounding.

The most dissatisfaction is the water pressure of the toilet and shower. This is very troublesome, maybe we are unlucky. In addition, it is a bit far from 7-11, it should be good to rent a motorbike, otherwise it will take 20 minutes to walk

The most satisfying thing about the room is that the swimming pool is very beautiful, it is like a blue ocean, but it lacks some lights at night. The service staff very kind. There is a Chinese-speaking lady who helped us a lot (rent car, tickets, inquiring about travel, etc.), I am very grateful to the service staff here. It's perfect to bask in the sun and read a book by the pool during the day. It takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the beach.

Shower water pressure wasn't good, and the pressure and temperature kept changing. It was very noisy, there were lots of noisy children. Our room was next to the stairs with a corridor and bedroom overhead. This meant that we could always hear footsteps, banging and furniture being dragged around very noisily. I think the individual bungalows on the other side of the pool would be quieter. Couple of things were broken - the bedside light and the towel rail.

Friendly staff, great location, big comfy bed, nice clean pool. Huge room. Great value for money. Air con worked really well.
