Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyThe breakfast is offered on the second floor of the wooden structure, where it gets very hot. The fans are not sufficient to cool down, making the stay less enjoyable. Only Tea and American drip coffee is served.
Spacious room with all the comforts. Private beach with sunbeds and towels provided by the hotel, offering a breathtaking view, as well as the hotel's pool overlooking the sea. The hotel is located in a peaceful area yet close to the center (just a few minutes' walk away). Right outside the hotel, there are restaurants and shops. Convenient access to an ATM located at the hotel entrance, where a supermarket is also available.

United KingdomThe beds were quite hard and it was quite dated. The floors were also a bit oily like they’d been mopped with dirty water.
It was in a beautiful spot and had its secluded beach. The gym was also well located and really well air coned as it was really hot during our stay.

GermanyAll in all the room was a bit outdated. The bathroom was not giving the best impression and you can see insects coming out from the pipes or from the ceiling of the bathroom. This was not happening in other hotels we stayed at in phi phi Island. From my opinion it is expensive for what you get (95 euros / night).
The pool, the location and the breakfast.

AustraliaSwimming pool is not suitable for kids that can't swim The aircon was a little noisy
The location is great, close to everything and quiet. The resort looks nice, has a swimming pool and a restaurant . Close to a beach, boats hire, has a shop at the resort for the basic needs. We stayed in a room with 2 kids and 2 adults

United KingdomThey ask if you want the room cleaned daily rather than just going in for a quick clean and tidy.
Location was great, right by the beach and away close enough to all shops and restaurants but on the outskirts so not noisy at all. Pool was lovely too.

United KingdomWe were staying in one of the rooms in the block at the back on the third floor, which gave us great views, however the steps were very steep and hard to negotiate with suitcases and a 3 year old, but you only have to do that twice!
Stunning views over Tonsai bay, food at the beach restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. Bedroom very spacious for our family with a 3 year old and a 9 year old, with extra bed provided

United Arab EmiratesYou couldn't buy cocktails or drinks at the resort. Especially being on holiday and wanting to sip a drink by the pool was not a nice feeling for us. You have to walk quite a bit to go and buy drinks at the restaurants.
The swimming pool Was lovely and it was right next to a clean beautiful beach

South AfricaThe cleaning of the bedroom leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived to a dirty fridge(dried spilt milk all over inside of the fridge) and 5 days later it still hadn't been cleaned.... I'd scraped some of the dried up flaking stuff off inside of the fridge, those remnants were wiped off floor, but inside of the fridge remained with the mess. Hotel staff not the friendliest at the best of times.
Location is perfect for a family, it's away from the busy area of the island. Beach is stunning, lovely pool and hotel restaurant food is good.

AustraliaThe tourists leaving their rubbish around for the staff to pick up is disgusting! The hotel could provide a few more beach chairs in the shaded area. Beds are very hard but strangely comfortable. Some shade at the pool would be nice. Perhaps a shade sail to keep the pool cooler? Aircon in the resort massage room should be provided!
Location, situated on the best part of Phi Phi in my opinion in terms of swimming when it’s high tide. Lovely shaded beach area with some beach chairs. Friendly staff although many of them seem very tired. They need more time off! Clean rooms. Good food. Crisp, clean cotton sheets.

SwitzerlandNo cappucino at breakfast, bathroom dated, not enough beds at the beach, some other minor things we noticed. Dont book the private boat tour through hotel, its expensive compared to the rest and doesnt include park-entrance fee(others do)
Well-maintained bungalow-parkhotel by the beach, nice pool, enough variety of breakfast , large room with fridge. They allowed us to switch rooms to be not so far in the back - which was nice of them! Lovely beach infront with views over the harbor. Mini-market on premise. Close to some nice restaurants that also have fireshows at night. A bit away from the hustle and bustle of the island, but does mean you always need to walk quite a bit to get somewhere.

United KingdomLocation- situated in the quieter part of the island but still only a 10-15min walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. Hotel has its own small ‘private’ area on the beach - non staying guests can use this area for a fee. Hotel has its own massage shop on the beach which is very reasonably priced. Best time to go is around an hour before sunset!
