The breakfast was not worth it, very average.

They have the most beautiful pool with a wonderful pool food and beverage service. They also have the best location in terms of closeness to the town , yet also far enough to be very quiet at night. The staff where amazing, we did not feel a hint of stress for our night stay on the island, everyone was 110% helpful in every situation.

The bed is really stiff, the breakfast was super basic, nothing suitable for babies And you need to replace pool towels in the reception on your own everyday which was pretty annoying.

The room and location were amazing, but unfortunately the music from the near by beach club was very disruptive through the night. It was very loud and went on until the early morning, making it difficult to sleep. It’s not the resorts fault but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re planning to book here.

I wish the bed waa a bit softer.

I liked everything about this resort. The location and view are the best. Beautiful swimpools and spacious villas. The breakfast waa delicious and lots of options to choose from. I'd definitelly recommend this resort and I'd come back here next time.

The hotel has the potential to be amazing but needs a bit of love and maintenance. Rooms our really nice but the bed is so uncomfortable. Pool area is lovely but not very pleasant looking out over the messy un kept gardens. Heads up about the noise you’re next to slinky’s the crazy beach bar.

Beds were super hard, there was some mould in showers and property a bit tired but ok for money. Not enough sun loungers Togo around and people just leaving towels on them and not using. Grass is dead in centre lawn makes it feel tired/old. Don’t get the travel breakfast it’s not crash hot.

Noice cancelling earplugs is a must, unless you want to listen to loud bass beats till 3 AM. Other option is to join the beach party and enjoy it.

I booked the villa with pool for one night. Rooms are big and spacious with very nice view, especially from the first floor. Pools is shared with other other three neighboring villas, but that's okay. Location would be fantastic, however you need to be prepared for very loud music from close beach parties pretty much till early morning hours.

The rooms and hotel don’t look like the photos, the hotel is very tired and could do with updating the rooms. Very grubby and dark and uncomfortable beds! There was cigarette butts on our balcony and some of the plug sockets in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was a let down, location was stunning however the food was uncovered and there was lots of ants, some food stale and not lots of variety. Some of the staff at the bar were rude and really let it down- also very long wait times on food at the pool bar.

The property was in the perfect location to explore Phi Phi, and breakfast on the beach every morning was lovely. The staff in reception were always very helpful and attentive with helping with bags!

The shower at the room, that wouldn't get hotter no matter what we tried.

Really near to the main street, good room and great breakfast. The only issue is the shower, that doesn't get hot at all (they tell you at check-in that you must leave the ac on for 15 minutes and it will get warmer, but it doesn't). Besides that, amazing hotel, great location and friedly staff! Best location on the island

The Bed is not sleepable, it is too stiff/hard!!! We had to ask for more comfort layers which didn’t help and in the last night we got an extra single matrices. The noise at night (until 3am) is unbearable in case you haven’t passed out yet…. The shower is old and not so functional. The personnel is trying to help but not smiling or kind like in other islands in Thailand. Breakfast is poor. You can skip it.

Great Villa (number 6) with an amazing pool and a great view of the beach. This is basically the main things we liked about the hotel. The location is right at the beach where all the crazy parties take place!!!

Was very old property with rusty tables by pool, beach club cabanas very stained and old, the bar at the other pool was falling apart. My room was right next to a firepit. The noise from the beach club and the music was very annoying. It needs a facelift as could be wonderful again.

Close to beach but that had its downside as was very noisy as was where all the day trippers sat. The pool was fantastic. And the breakfast by the beach was great, very fresh food.

Nothing, everything was great.

Stunning location, right on the beach. Clean spacious rooms, great air conditioning, fantastic infinity pool that you look out over the sea. Easy access to all amenities such as restaurants, harbour. You sit and have breakfast on a table on the beach overlooking the amazing scenery.
