1. Rooms were a bit dated and smaller in size, specially the junior doubles 2. AC was either too cold or too hot, nothing in between 3. Out of 6 rooms we booked for our family, 3 were in 2nd floor with no elevator at all. Very uncomfortable for the senior citizens we had in our group.

1. Location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from Khao San road 2. Buffet breakfast was extremely delicious with a lot of choices 3. Terrace pool was great in the evening. During the day it's super crowded but after 6pm its enjoyable. Also quite huge in size

Have stayed here eight times over the years, quiet hotel right in the heart of the action, close to the Khossan Road, good restaurants nearby, will always use this hotel when in Bangkok.

The property is a bit dated (pictures make it look much nicer). The aircon control was not great as I could either have it very cold or warm. The pool (which was one of the factors why I chose this hotel) closes at 8pm in the evening so you cannot go there to enjoy the views at night.

Staff is not very friendly, just pretending to be to get some tips. Hotel's sorrounding are smelling terrible ( mix of sewage and cannabis) You have to give a deposit on arrival.

Room size and bathroom has a comfortable size. Swimming pool at the top is nice. Breakfast is decent.

Touristy location. Moved to another hotel to experience a different side of Bangkok after 3 nights but that was our choice, no issues with the hotel. Quite a lot of hassle from the tailors shop and tuk tuk drivers as soon as you exit the hotel. Safe deposit box stopped working. Didn't like paying a deposit - first time we've been asked for this in 4 months of travels.

Good central location although not particularly wholesome as next to a cannabis shop which does smell a lot! We were on 3rd floor. Large, clean room in huge hotel. Comfortable bed. Fridge and good air con. Window. Hot water in shower & reasonable sized bathroom. Hairdryer. No kettle provided which was a bit strange. Fairly quiet although some inside noise from corridor. Safe deposit box in room. Staff on reception were very busy but efficient. 500TB deposit was strange but we got it back at the end. Good location for restaurants & bars but very touristy. We stayed 3 nights.

Great Hotel close to all the local bars but far enough away for them not to be an issue at night. Hotel has all the basics you need and is well priced. Was located within a 10 minute walk to get the local bus to the airport too for an internal flight from DMU.

Air con too noisy and too cold (even on 30c), had to keep getting up to turn it on and off. Bum gun not powerful enough

Staff is not so polite and didn't help with our luggage as well although it was a long walk to the room. Basic facilities like airport transfer should be provided.

They ask for 500 baht deposit for key card. I explained i was leaving for home at the end of stay and getting money returned then is of no use to me . Kept on saying you get it back.

Its in a great position in an alcove off a small alley with shops and restaurants close by , and 5 minutes from Khosan road. Good roof pool

Can't really be helped but there was quite a bit of doors slamming at night.

Room was a decent size and location was perfect. We pretty much walked everywhere we wanted to go. Right on a street of restaurants and a market a few streets down (on certain days)
