Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The wifi is not that steady, and the speed is low.
The room is fine and clean. Two MRT stations within 8 to 12 walking distance.

Very cheap. Large room. Aircon broken and they gave me a fan. No TV remote control, they brought me one. Friendly helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Could not work the WIFi out. I just used hotspot on my Thai phone. Also the television was very old.
Spacious room. Good aircon. Nice bathroom. I paid about 550 baht per night for a double room. Lots of Streetfood vendors nearby. I enjoyed it here. The swimming pool was clean, but a bit cold.

I didn't like the lighting in the room or the bed linen in general. I found that the mattress was a little firm as well as the pillows lacking real comfort or softness. The plumbing in the bathroom overall needs to be looked at too.
I liked the friendly staff at reception who were always helpful if you needed something. I also liked the pool because it was chlorinated and the location of the hotel was near a night market and several eating establishments.

The general decor and areas needed a lick of paint and a good clean. The "fitness area" was full of broken equipment that could do with replacing. The wifi routers on the room floors need updating and are sketchy. However, the lobby wifi was okay, if not a little slow.
The pool is huge. Though, like much of the hotel, could do we some TLC. This was booked as a cheap stay, so our expections were met in that respect. It's okay for a place to lay your head. The location is great, next to the subway, so easy to get around. The staff are very helpful and lovely.

This place looks good on the website but irl it is really old, dusty and not that well kept, sketchy looking at best. The toilet doesn’t look so good and there was leaking all the time.
It was cheap, the staff were nice.

Booking.com charged me more than what the property charges otherwise for a place that is in shabby condition. There were cockroaches in the room, outdated air conditioner without a remote & a 20 years old tv. Their response time to requests are pathetic. Overall, had a vert bitter experience.

Really run down and in serious need of maintenance and cleaning. 1st room the door didn't lock, second room had no hot water. There was marks on the hallway floor that looked like someone had stepped in dog poo and walked it in. It was fresh looking when we arrived....... it was still there when we left 3 days later. Pool itself is pleasant, but surround are again in desperate need of a clean.
Handy to the metro and a number of local restaurants close by.

be careful if you go out in the balcony to smoke… I accidentally locked myself out there for a good 30 minutes 😂 the thing I don’t like it key card has to be in room for ax to be on so you come home after a hot day to a hot room. but after a cool shower it’s cool in the room.
Honestly I liked this place for its price and location. not in the heart of the main party areas but a short grab ride there if ya want. fresh sheets and water every day. friendly staff. will be back!

Small rooms for 3 people. The hotel is realy coming down. Just general cleaning, but the whole forniture is more than old!!! firness is not possible to use it, realy, its danger! The swimming area is so unconfortable, all is scruffy!
A quiet 3 bed room! The room was cleaned.every day in the afternoon roomcleaning. Teacooker and fridge in the room. Good location. supermarked and breakfast arround. good price!

Some AC in the room were either too cold or like a fan, but then they fixed for us.
The staff was the best from this accommodation, they all were very helpful. Only Peter speaks English well but the other can understand basic English, it helped a lot! I stayed here with 37 of my group. I got helped a lot from the staff every morning because I ordered Halal breakfast every day during our 6 days there. Thank you so much Peter and everyone!

terrible bed, noisy aircon that has no controls, poor decor, dilapidated toilet. Pool closed because of covid and had 25 cm of stagnant water in it.
