Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaSink in bathroom had leak. I never complained, so not fixed. Rooms are a bit small but ok.
We always eat out. No problem, lots of restaurants within 3 minute walk. Great location. Hotel is 2 or 3 stars to me. Love the location. Hard to find hotel at first (small hotel on side street) but it is convenient!

SwedenExtremely noisy the first night in the 2nd floor because of the adjacent bar music. When I moved up to 4th floor it was good.
Good price/performance. Clean room. Good bars and restaurants close, central Sukhumvit. Nice and helpful staff.

ThailandThe hotel was fine but like so many places, it’s other guests that seem to think it’s ok to shout and laugh at 3am. Very inconsiderate people are everywhere though - not the fault of the hotel.
Well located lo cost hotel complete with a 24 Hr front desk staffed by friendly people.

United KingdomI cannot really think of anything. I thought in fact it was better than most hotels this price
The service was excellent. The staff were only too helpful if there was a problem. Considering it was a low budget hotel I thought it was really good and I certainly would consider staying again

CambodiaThey don't have elevator that's ok, room doesn't have a window that's not a problem for 1 night, in the bathroom I said hello neighbor to the big roach, but.. Pillows had a gray very used color and some one had a spot of lipstick. I'm not exactly an aristocrat, but I was uncomfortable touching my face to the pillow and I needed to get some sleep before going to my embassy. In the bed under the blanket I found a few red ants and dead fly. There were long black hairs on the floor somewhere, the room was cleaned with staff closed eyes. I don't know what kind of coven was there before me) Yeah it's a little noisy with the traffic and the night girls with customers sitting in every bar around the building. The walls were very thin and I could hear the arab neighbor first talking to his friends on the phone loudly and then late at night he took a night girl from downstairs on the street and she moaned loudly and it seemed as if they were on my bed) So, If you would like to have a similar experience, welcome.
Location - it's only what I liked.

United KingdomQuite a lot of noise from the other guests, doors slamming all night, shouting etc. Not really the hotels fault but maybe the doors should have a slow/soft close hinge. The room had a window but has the wall from another building only inches away so may as well not have a window, no natural light. No elevator.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. You can leave your luggage with them after you check out if you need. I didn't hear any noise from the street even though it is very close to lots of bars. Everything was clean. It is fine for a nights sleep as long as you don't require an elevator.

AustriaUnfortunately we could first enter the room at around 17:00 and we actually only needed a room until 20:30. So the whole meaning of a place to rest, store stuff and take a shower before departure was limited. 5 floors without elevator - just so u r prepared in case of bad knees. After a shower the bathroom floor is wet - we missed a floor towel to dry the feet. No window! As mentioned that was totally fine as we only needed a place for a few hours. Thx for having us!
Very good online price for room 546 (?). Clean white towels and sheets. Friendly receptionists. The area if fantastic as close to Nana BTS station, shops, street food, restaurants. Renovated bathrooms. Storage for the luggage before departure. No humidity to our surprise in a room with no window.
