The shower in one of the rooms is broken and the sink was also clogged.

The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.

There were a couple of drainage issues with the bathrooms, where the water wasn't draining out as quickly as it should have from the sink, with some slight leaking from the bathtub when being filled up. We also could not use the room's phone as it was disconnected permanently due to some technical issues - which led to us needing to cross the street to the main reception area every time we needed something. However, the staff were extremely apologetic and helpful considering the circumstances and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

The reception - particularly the staff - made us feel absolutely welcome. We had almost zero wait time into our room. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchenette was in great working condition and fully equipped with crockery and some refreshers. All in all, we will be staying at this hotel every time we are in Bangkok.

There was loud drilling in the building and surrounding area on the final morning of my stay which woke me up. Began just before 1000 and continued most of the morning until i checked out. Not ideal.

I had a free upgrade to one of the Kingston suites which was very clean and spacious. Good in room facilities. Location is ideal for all of the local bars and restaurants. Soi 15 is pretty quiet too so its this hotel is close enough to the action and far enough away to be a bit more chilled.

Its hard to get the staff. I always have to walk downstairs and the hot water didn't work on the first day. Also there was no washing machine though that was listed.

No view Terrible quality towels, very grey

This room was very large around 100 sq M. In it was a lounge / kitchen and a separate bedroom, along with the ensuite. So very big. It was a little dated however, maybe needs an update. But the actual place was fine. I have to say that the towels were the worst I have encountered for poor whiteness they were very grey, so poor washing quality. The breakfasts were very good plenty of choice. Very quiet place but no view from window, only a multi storey car park. I would use again but please get your laundry to provide you with clean and white towels

RoyalPresident is being refurbished so they are using Kingston Suites next door. The smallest and slowest lift ever. Open closets not to my liking
