Standard and minimal breakfast, but nevertheless sufficient for the price. always gave us fewer towels than we needed and all the fussing and asking for extra towels was a bit embarrassing and hard to communicate with the house keeper.

A place a little far from the crowd but a huge advantage for those looking for peace and being close to the center of things. A pleasant and well-maintained pool in the center of the hotel, a restaurant with great food.

Shuttle bus didn't run in the evening. Rooms didn't have digital keys Only 1 or 2 English channels on tv. Smart tv would have been amazing.

In a word this is a tired hotel and scrapes a 3 star, a shame really. Be aware it's a taxi to go anywhere unless you are prepared to take on a serious hill. We stayed in an apartment which was clean and tidy with a great view ,just needed some tlc

The cleaners who do the apartments are very poor.. They do very little. The counter tops were dirty when I arrived, My bathroom counter were wiped once, with a towel, in 10 days.. and that’s only because I requested the cleaner to return after she’d ‘cleaned’. I did notice a few comments about cleaning in the reviews, So it is an issue

It's not really a dislike but water took about 5 minutes to get hot and the hill was massive to get to it. I am 43 my girlfriend and brother are abit younger than me but we had no problem walking up the hill but if your in your 50s and 60s you would most probably need to get a taxi or rent a bike. The gym was small and always full but it had everything you needed in it.

It was a very nice hotel it was clean all you had to do was put a hanger on your door clean room and it was done very nice hotel. It had a very nice pool good facilities you can get massages in your room or outside near the pool and it has a small gym and a bike rental literally just outside the hotel. Staff was always friendly day and night we asked about bike rental and they phoned a guy who owned the rental company he was there in about 10 minutes had no problems with them really good company to rent from. We just booked the room but breakfast was all you can eat for 180 baht and it was really nice food. Patong beach was a 10 minute walk karon beach was a 10-15 minuite bike ride and surin beach was 25 minutes bike ride once we got a bolt taxi to surin beach and it was only 280 baht. I would recommend this hotel very good for couples family and even if your there to party i will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

The way to the hotel was a steep climb. If you have problem in leg or knee injury might want a different hotel. The distance from parong Beach was more so had to take tuk tuk everytime which was expensive

It was wet season so you could hear the frogs all night!

Staff were polite and welcoming. As previously mentioned, it is located up a steep drive but they have a shuttle operating four times a day, which is a great service.

The wifi was a little sporadic which made getting online difficult, wasn’t a big issue just meant we had to spend less time on our phones! Be prepared to walk up a hill and argue with taxi drivers about the price or the drive they charge more for the hill but I didn’t mind paying the hill sure was steep but good for my exercise! We used to play a competition to see whose heart rate was the highest after the climb it was fun haha

The rooms were fantastic and the staff were incredibly accomodating. I had surgery whilst there and they offered to move me rooms to an easier accessible room with less stairs to accomodate me which was so sweet, they went out of their way to make the stay great! The view from the balcony made the walk up the hill so worth it!

I found out bed to be too firm. And the bed would shake when I got out of it. Pillow was too thin.

The staff was great. The food was decent. Daughter found her bed to be good. Pool was nice. Location was nice and quiet. Easy to get a good nights rest. Nice that it was still close enough to the stores, walking distance. As long as you don't mind some exercise. Steep hill to the main street. I enjoy the hike.

Only negative feedback - I left my bag for a few days when I went away to Phi Phi Island. I asked if it could be stored safely as the bag held my valuables, the bag was left next to the reception desk and never stored. For all the days I was away it sat outside of reception and it is a surprise it was not taken as it could of been done so very easily. I did gave feedback of my concerns to one of the staff when I picked it up regarding this and she was very dismissive and disinterested. Customers valuables need to be taken care of and stored securely and safely and this should not to be taken lightly.

Is located on a fairly steep hill so walking anywhere is a challenge .

Clean well maintained grounds , rooms and amenities and only a short tuk tuk or taxi ride to the beaches .

good amenities, nice size pool. big appartement confortable and clean. there is a sea view, but the hotel is on the top of a hill, so plan a taxi if you dont want to make the walk. overall, very pleasant, I recommend !

The bathroom doors were not getting locked due lock issue. Otherwise, nothing to complain. You have to be aware of the steep climb, if going by walk. For elderly or those with knee pain, its almost impossible. Better to have a vehicle. For young people, it should not be an issue.

The room had everything as per description and was kept neat. Staff were courteous and spoke English. its very close to main road but by walk its a steep climb. People travelling by vehicle should not have a problem. Just 100 metres from hotel you could find restaurants, travel agents and departmental stores. Tuk Tuk was charging us 200 bhats to Bangla road for 5 people. We also used the swimming pool which was kept neat.
