The sunset view from the pool is stunning! Staff very friendly and location really convenient. Lovely place fairly priced.

With four people in the Superior Family Room, it felt like a motel situated next to a noisy road and was very cramped. One mattress was broken and all in bad shape, and although we requested a solution at the reception, nothing was done. With only a locked door separating our room from the neighboring one, we could hear every conversation, fart, alarm, from our neighbors. I wouldn't recommend staying in rooms adjacent to the busy street.

I enjoyed the pool, which offered a fantastic view, and the staff were lovely, as was the food served there.

Looking a bit tired now, beds were rock hard. Aircon was noisy, asked them to fix and they did but in doing so noticed aircon hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The whole place needs maintenance. Food was ok, better on the Island. The view was amazing though and location ok to. You need a Bike.

The bed was not comfortable, the Air Conditioning was too loud and not very efficient, and there was construction work during the day right next to our room

- Shower room, the water runs very slowly. - The staff should be more enthusiastic because I asked for a tower since 9am and when im back around 6pm i didn’t got my tower yet and have to go back for asking again. The place is very nice but a bit old so it should be more clear and more comfortable.

A lot of bugs in the room. AC was hella noisy and didn't really cool room down. Not much to do on the resort itself.

the staff was generally unavailable or unhelpful throughout. The bell boys were great with helping iwth our luggage etc but the front desk was just a real disappointment and we understand it was a big holiday on day 2, but they gave us zero info about almost anything during check in.

Housekeeping is only upon request, some of the rooms are facing the road with no view and poor daylight (so we paid extra to upgrade to villa) the restaurant/pool bar are closed most of the time

Issue with "electric" weird loud noise at all times when in the room. I couldn't sleep properly the entire stay, and when reporting the issue all I got was a "I know, it comes from all around the room, sorry" with no care in the world.... For the price, I expected to at least be able to sleep.... Plus, the room is really damp, with no possibility to open windows (no mosquito net)...

The restaurant was excellent, the staff really nice. The pool was clean with an amazing view!

Lovely place. Too bad the restaurant was closed and it was still off season, so it was super quiet. But the place is lovely, the pool amazing and the rooms are super good!!

They seem very short staffed and the reception closes at 6pm so it felt more like an air b&b. This may be why they insist upon a deposit for potential damage as there is no one around to monitor what is going on.

The location is stunning, the villa had beautiful views over the bay.

The sliding doors on our bathroom were dirty and there were quite a lot of bugs ( mosquitoes and moths ) when we arrived . Restaurant and reception closed at 8pm which was a bit inconvenient but other than mentioned above , it was a really lovely stay !

the pool area was AMAZING, lovely view and pool was warm and refreshing . The room was also quite nice with a big comfortable bed and fancy bathroom .

Pool was not very clean and not functionning properly.

Staff was very friendly and they upgraded our room after being sent to a room that was not as described when I paid.
