They've gone beyond our expectations by specially setting up our room when they found out that we were on our honeymoon. They sent us a cake with greetings and candles to our room too. The staff were amazing especially the Filipino trainees Cams, Raj and Charles. We love the bedroom, it was big and spotless with pool access. The pools were amazing, food was also great. We enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was very friendly, however I did see a young staff member take a photo of me when I was grabbing our bags the day we were leaving. A little odd and we were in a rush-I have not had the opportunity to speak to hotel about it.

Loved that our room was exactly what we saw on the internet. Loved the beach but we LOVED the pool and being able to have our own access. Everything was very accessible. Our room was a great size for a family of four. And we will be back!!

When you book this resort and New Years Eve is part of your stay, read the details because bookings are inclusive of the Compulsory Gala Dinner for New Year’s Eve for 2 Adults in the room rates. Additional adults or additional children are required to pay at the property. These costs are incredibly high, around 6000 baht per extra person. When we said we did not want to eat there at all we were called several times (also early in the morning) to say we need to pay. It felt very hostile and indeed compulsory. Rooms are not super clean (dust/hairs in all corners). Far from most thing so be prepared to take taxis to see things in Khao Lak (taxis are much more expensive than in Bangkok). We took a taxi to Coconut beach as we did not want to fight for a bed on the beach that guests put their towels already in the morning.

Manager Bee is amazing, she arranged a birthday cake for my birthday and also the bed was decorated that day with flowers! The breakfast is great, so many options and everything is fresh. We found out we are not fond of big resorts like this but if this is your thing, than you are likely to enjoy.

The staff was exceptional. Manager (Bee) was fantastic and very helpful. Gave us opportunity to see rooms available that suited our needs. Staff very helpful and room was very clean and well presented. Activities available were numerous and the bowling was so much fun. The beach was very close to our room and enough lounge chairs to enjoy on the beach. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back next time.

We were two families, 4 adults and 6 teenagers from 11 to 17 years of age. Best thing about the property was the beach activities and entertainment center. Staff at the beach, Jim, Fluke, Giorgio and others as well as Entertainment staff, Mang and Tam were amazing. We enjoyed football and volleyball on the beach as much as table tennis and pool in the entertainment center. Adults enjoyed the themed nights such as white party. This resort is excellent for families and caters for all age groups.

The rooms could perhaps stand to be upgraded a little, but I don't want to nitpick, it was a wonderful experience overall. Also I'm sure if enough guests ask to play tennis/basketball at night some lights could be put up *wink*

The staff here is amazing, we have a 2 year old and they were really good with him, each and every one. The facilities are awesome, the bowling alley is really cool given how hard they are to find these days. The breakfast is phenomenal too. There are so many pools on the property, also it is right on the beachfront. The hotel was very accommodating of our requests, highly recommend 10/10

Not much in the way of restaurants/bars or shops within walking distance. In comparison to Phuket the Khaolak region is more expensive overall but much quieter and more relaxing.

The suite was spacious and well presented, excellent accommodation for a family of 4. The resort was located on a beautiful beach and relatively quiet. Staff all super friendly and helpful.

One Italian restaurant, located in the garden near the public swimming pool, was not ready to receive guests. I dare say that the food was not prepared on the spot; only reheated ready meals were served. I justify it with the low-season

The resort has comfortable, large villas with a private swimming pool close to the beach, beautiful greenery, a well-kept area, and friendly and helpful staff. You can find various activities - bowling, Muay Thai lessons, writing Thai letters, yoga, and lots more. Of course, there is also SPA.

We had a swim up pool room and it was well worth it. So nice to walk out of your room and straight into the pool !! Our room was about 50 metres walk to the beach through the resort which was amazing. The beach area has such a relaxed feel. We didn't want to leave !! On the beach are multiple local food and bar options. The local people were so nice with no pressure or stress. We will be back.
