This hotel is just units in a unit complex opposite the aspira parc hotel across the road. Rooms were overpriced, I had booked and pre-paid for a double/queen bed but on arrival they only had twin single rooms. Room and shower were very dirty. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Everything. First, my room looked nothing like the images on the internet. My room had no window. However, the room had a few cockroaches. We found someone's hair on the bed sheets and some stains. The office was quick to send someone to change them. Oh, the reception is in one building and your room is in another.

Not clean, bathroom was full of mould. Everything was very old. There were cockroaches in the room and in The fridge.

I booked three rooms. One was not cleaned before arrival and had an awful smell, forcing the staff to find a different room. Another had standing water from a leak that forced my friend to move to another hotel entirely, but no refund was offered.

Not clean. Cleaner don't come daily. If comes then don't clean bed and toilet. Bad smell in the Corridor and room. Floor tiles are getting off.

The apartment is so dirty and has a very bad smell. The equipment is dirty as well (washing machine, fridge, etc.). The tiles and wall are dirty. It is different than the picture on booking.com.

there was an exposed pipe in the bedroom, whenever we used the sink an extremely bad smell filled the room. This was later sorted by the cleaning lady using a bottle to cover it. Furthermore when we took shower the same disgusting smell was coming. Moreover the AC was not working properly and did feel like complaining anymore and just wanted to get over with the stay and move to a different hotel.

The room was very dirty and the pictures of the rooms were obviously taken a long time ago. You check in at a different hotel and then have to walk up the street to a building opposite. When you finally find the correct floor (room 906 was on the 2nd floor) you feel like you've arrived at the house keeping area. Loads of hotel service related stuff everywhere. The room itself was very ragged and we didn't want to sit on the sofa as it was so dirty. The microwave was broken as was the wifi. The plug on the microwave was incredibly fangerous as it was held together with tape.

The location was very convenient for the Bumrungrad Hospital. There was a 7/11 in the building. The aircon was cool and the bed was comfortable.

I did not like because they first said you book through a third party.We will not be able to give you the two bedroom suit you reserved. Instead of two bedroom suit ,they offer us a small sized property with two connecting room at the same price (Aspira skyy). I went with my family for medical treatment with a sick senior citizen .That night I had no option I had to stay there. The rooms were dusty.The cleaners did not clean properly everyday. I had to stay there for nine days as we had sick patient who was having medical treatment at Bumrungrad hospital everyday.I paid the full amount as the suit I booked. I want some refund .

I did not like a bit because I reached at the hotel at 6pm .The staff said that the property is not available.Rather they took us to a small property which was unclean.

The room I stayed in was missing half the amenities which were described on the booking.com info site. No Minibar, no restaurant in the complex and many more things which were not as promoted and what I paid for. Be very careful when you book this place. You not getting what is advertised. From reception to the room it was a walk of over 10 minutes through back alleys. I didn't feel safe and there was not even complimentary water in the room. Also they asked for THB 1000 for the security key, which is not advertised anywhere. Be aware!!

The staff at reception was amazing and really helpful. She was very friendly and tried to do everything for me. Thank you for making such an effort. I had booked 2 nights but I checked out after one night as the rest of the stay was way below expectations. The staff at reception organized that I received a refund for my second night. A staff like this deserve all the praise. Thank you again
