-had room just above the reception and cafe - from very early morning I could hear everything from there and it was impossible to continue sleeping...also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms around..I was so tired after leaving, sleeping is a challenge - room 203

-location -very good wifi also good for video calls -there is a cafe, it is very expensive but really good -the staff is nice

Small ants from the moment I arrived and while the staff sprayed them they remained there even when I left. Not the cleanest. A whole ball of hair in the shower upon my arrival and do not look under the bed. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while. There was even a coin under there. Stains on arm chair and mild stains on sheets.

Very comfortable beds, cozy rooms, kind and helpful staff (particularly when booking taxis or excursions), the Cafe has great coffee and food and is open earlier than most cafes in the area. The location is convenient - walking distance to night markets and the pier. I appreciated the laundry service - very affordable and done the same day.

Good location for people who want to stay in Krabi. It was 30 min drive from the closest beach.

The appartment had only one small window to the back so not much light coming in. Plus, the room was rather small. But not a problem for a short stay.

Clean appartment with very comfy soft beds in the centre of Krabi, short walk to restaurants and bars and the longtailboats going to Railay beach. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and booked us the boat to Railay and back and also the boat to Koh Yao Noi. There is a café on the ground floor where you can have breakfast but we found it a bit pricey and therefore went elsewhere.

Small room and window and generally it was noisy so earplugs essential. Had a cafe but didn’t try it.

Stayed 2 nights in a superior twin room. Bed very comfortable probably the most comfy in 8 weeks in Thailand. Tea and coffee and kettle (although had to ask for coffee on the 2nd morning. Bathroom clean and good. The room was very small with only a very small Window overlooking an emergency staircase; it felt cramped and hardly enough room to put our backpacks. Location pretty good on the centre of the busy area close to night markets/ fruit market and a great bar ‘the living room’

Everything in our room was great. Our room had a safe available to use, however it was free standing and moveable. I felt it should be mounted and secured.

The hotel is in a central location, with its own coffee shop, close to local street markets. The room was of a good size and was very clean. The staff were always available to offer help and advice throughout our stay.

If I have to come up with something, the “hidden” parts of the room like under the bed and behind the armchair were pretty dusty, and I thought the white room doors could use a coat of paint, they just looked kind of grubby. The bathroom and bedding and towels were all very clean!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower, fridge and kettle, central location, AND super efficient and friendly staff setting us up for all our transport
