Staff exceptional. Very quiet location, particularly after a 22 hour flight. Disappointing that we were not allowed access to the spa facilities which we understand is for golf club members. The dining in attached breakfast restaurant is somewhat expensive. Our suite was fabulous

Dinner buffet was quite poor, enough choices but not good quality. TVs were quite old, with no connectivity options and few channels.

Room was very spacious and well equipped, two bedrooms with big and comfortable beds. Kitchen and living room well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, and kitchen ware. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary Airport shuttle is very convenient (hourly depart)

The room was a little worn out, some things did not work, if you are not a golfer, you do not have anywere to walk in the hotel area

The view was great to the golf course, the location was good not too far from the airport and , room was comfortable and big, swimming pool was small but not busy at all, so we were the only once who used it,

The floor in the balcony was quite dirty. They asked for a 1000BHT deposit which I find a bit petty. They said that we had opened one package of Pringles from the minibar, which we did not, so probably was already opened. At the end after some talk they didn’t charge it but was not nice.

Good location near to the airport. The rooms were big and with lots of space. Nice balcony. Transfer to the airport.

It would be slightly remote if you wanted to get into Bangkok. If like us, you wanted a relaxing stop before the airport, then this is a great location.

Excellent, large suite, with view over the golf course & towards Bangkok. Very handy for airport with free shuttle. Choice of restaurants. Small but great swimming pool.

The Breeze Cafe. The service was minimal. The breakfast order was cooked wrong, items were included that were not even ordered. The server never came back to see if we needed anything...just hung out around the front desk and talked to other staff. The hallway leading to our room, a lot of debris (cases of water, garbage sacks, laundry baskets, etc. were left outside a room the whole time. In our unit, the sliding door in the living area would not lock, and the doorbell didn't work.

The restaurant "The Breeze" is best to avoid. We had two separate experiences of getting our orders wrong and "no one" to solve our issues. They serve the dishes, then the staff disappear....

Very impressive/we had a garden suite. It was very roomy and even had a washer/dryer. Nice patio with views of the golf course and beautiful when the golf course is lit at night. Played golf and had a wonderful time. We had dinner at The Fountain restaurant, and it was wonderful. On weekends, they offer happy hour and live music

The available pool is rather small, compared to the size of the hotel. It was unexpected to charge for the bottled water (whereas most similar hotels offering it complimentary)

Close enough to the airport ( 30 min drive and shuttle available ). Spacious rooms and a bit of a walking area around the hotel. Nice food (breakfast and dinner), good variety and food quality.

Very comfortable large 2 bedroom appartment with huge comfy beds. Nicely situated near the BKK airport in green surroundings looking out on the golf court. Excellent breakfast box available in case of an early check out.

It's about 2 KMs inside - away from the main road and no stores / shops in the vicinity. Calling in a cab will take time, so plan in advance.

GREAT view from the room. Loved the scenic view of the golf course. Enjoyed the food we ordered in the restaurant.

The Hotel restaurant seemed to need to be more staffed, so service took longer than usual.

The Hotel was amazing and very close to the airport.

There was a bit of a “sewage” smell outside, of the room and near the lobby, coming for outside of the hotel, but not unusual for Bangkok

So pleasantly surprised about the quality of this hotel. I was not expecting much, but I was blown away. The rooms were plenty spacious and extremely comfortable. Beautiful decorated, very contemporary and high quality amenities.

It’s distance away from everything but that is not a reflection about the people and quality of accommodation. That is a geographical issue. Recommend providing short shuttles to nearby shopping and restaurants. And possibly to major BTS terminals.

Pretty close to airport. Breakfast was great. Staff were great. The room was large. Great views of golf course from the room’s large balcony
